I realized that in a few minutes after submitting the booking. Horrible experience with Underpricer I am having a horrible experience with UNDERPRICER. I booked my tickets in February through Kayak and I was told that my tickets were confirmed. Now I am told by the actual Airline that some segments are not confirmed and that the agency that booked the tickets are responsible for re-summiting the tickets. Well it has been 3 months and they have not been able to resolve the issue. Every time I call, I am told that someone will call me within the 48 hours and I never get anyone to call me back. I have also emailed them at investigation@underpricer and I have not received any reply from them.
