They will rip you off ! Do not use It started off actually good with this group, I booked a flight and paid for seats and when they went to go get the flight, they couldn’t be purchased, so they contacted me with an alternative plan.I thought great this place rocks! But then the realty set in, the seats I paid for on the original flight had not been rebooked on the new flights. So I have asked and asked and asked multiple representatives to either book me new seats, crediting my previously unused seats money or credit me back the dollars of the unused seats. They keep saying wait 24-48 hrs and we will have the refund. 2 weeks later still no refund. I have reached out many times and the response has been said no way we’re going to do that, a voicemail that says we’re going to do that, but never never never have. And multiple promises they would fix is, but it still hasn’t happened. I booked these people through KAYAK, and I think KAYAK should drop them as a supplier. This does nothing but tarnish KAYAK’s name . the customer service, and the ability to return money for something that I didn’t get is absolutely horrible Please, please, please do not use this group or they will steal your money

Fraudulent and scammy practices NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM: This is the 4th time I'm reaching out regarding the cancellation of my booking. Japan Airlines contacted me, stating there are still duplicated bookings under my name. I urgently request that you cancel my booking with you. Here are my reasons: 1. I received a flight confirmation on March 8, with no further details provided or required for seat selection within the 24-hour free cancellation time frame. 2. Five days later, Shawn called pressuring me to purchase seats over the phone, claiming nothing is free. However, after researching online, I became hesitant to proceed due to numerous negative reviews. 3. I paid $29.95 for a Support Bundle while purchasing the ticket to protect myself from changes. Unfortunately, it's another scam—I'm unable to cancel without incurring undisclosed airline penalty fees and additional bundle fees. All these unprofessional operations clearly indicate fraudulent and scammy practices. I demand that you cancel my ticket as soon as possible.

I would not recommend this airline at… I would not recommend this airline at all. Me and family paid almost $3000 for a trip with insurance. My mum unfortunately has a medical emergency to where we had to change the dates around. We contacted you guys and you’ve said a supervisor would get back to us and still nothing. Our original date is approaching and still no response. We sent over all the documents needed to have this information validated. Terrible customer service. Will never book with them again.

Ripped Off and Ignored My family paid over $3000 for their flights and they also paid for travel protection in the event of unforseen circumstances. After my mother got injured, my parents reached out to request a date change for the trip. After Underpricer was not responding, my parents reached out directly to the airline explaining the situation and how they also bought travel protection with their flights. The airline Finnair then stated that the travel protection my parents bought was not on file. When reading the terms and conditions under the section Change, it states that "changes are only allowed for unflown flights. When you request to change your flight with us, we will handle fulfilling your request with the airline on your behalf." So my parents are attempting request changing the date of our trip due to a medical emergency and I am confused on why it is not being handled as stated on the Underpricer website.

Terrible Service, Exorbitant Fees Save yourself time and money by booking directly through the airline. Overpricer did not disclose at the time of purchase that preassigned seats which were included with airfare from the actual airline would cost hundreds extra through Underpricer. Underpricer called us over and over and over again. Underpricer’s change and cancelation policies also require additional fees or cannot be done at all when the airline offers the service for tickets purchased through them. All of these fees might actually cost more than the little bit you might save booking through them than the airline itself.
