GBHorrible experience with Underpricer I am having a horrible experience with UNDERPRICER. I booked my tickets in February through Kayak and I was told that my tickets were confirmed. Now I am told by the actual Airline that some segments are not confirmed and that the agency that booked the tickets are responsible for re-summiting the tickets. Well it has been 3 months and they have not been able to resolve the issue. Every time I call, I am told that someone will call me within the 48 hours and I never get anyone to call me back. I have also emailed them at investigation@underpricer and I have not received any reply from them.

GBMy experience was incompetence or fraud My experience with underpricer was at best incompetent customer service and at worst outright fraud. I was told I could cancel my flight and book another because one of my original flight legs had been cancelled. Three days after doing so, I was told there would be no refund on my cancelled flight. I am out over $3,000. I was sent to Underpricer through the Kayak website. I did finally receive my refund although I have to say my customer experience with Underpricer was not good.

GBI was shopping for a deal online and… I was shopping for a deal online and GIA's name popped out on the chat room. I started talking to her and even though she was not able to get me the deal for my budget under 3K she was very kind, courteous and patient with me. Going forward to the future, I will look for Gia first and will seek her honest advise on my airline fare search. Thank you Gia for a wonderful experience chatting with you. GBI mistakenly booked a ticket for the… I mistakenly booked a ticket for the following month instead of this week and Raavi was able to correct my mistake and find a ticket that worked, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you

GBDon't buy anything from Underpricer.com Do not buy any tickets from Underpricer.com. There is no service from the UnderPricer. They overcharged the seat selection fees. Kayak.com showed that the Underpricer was a partner of Kayak.com when I booked two tickets by searching kayak.com. I thought the Kayak knew how to select a good partner. It's not.
