Do not use It started off actually good with this group, I booked a flight and paid for seats and when they went to go get the flight, they couldn’t be purchased, so they contacted me with an alternative plan.I thought great this place rocks! But then the realty set in, the seats I paid for on the original flight had not been rebooked on the new flights. So I have asked and asked and asked multiple representatives to either book me new seats, crediting my previously unused seats money or credit me back the dollars of the unused seats. They keep saying wait 24-48 hrs and we will have the refund. 2 weeks later still no refund. I have reached out many times and the response has been said no way we’re going to do that, a voicemail that says we’re going to do that, but never never never have. And multiple promises they would fix is, but it still hasn’t happened. I booked these people through KAYAK, and I think KAYAK should drop them as a supplier. This does nothing but tarnish KAYAK’s name . the customer service, and the ability to return money for something that I didn’t get is absolutely horrible Please, please, please do not use this group or they will steal your money

GBI would not recommend this airline at… I would not recommend this airline at all. Me and family paid almost $3000 for a trip with insurance. My mum unfortunately has a medical emergency to where we had to change the dates around. We contacted you guys and you’ve said a supervisor would get back to us and still nothing. Our original date is approaching and still no response. We sent over all the documents needed to have this information validated. Terrible customer service. Will never book with them again.

GBI would give 0 stars if I could I would give 0 stars if I could. Just as another customer said, they screw you on the luggage. We booked on line. No question about luggage so we assumed the Fuji rules applied which was 1 free bag. Got a call from underpricer saying we needed to buy our luggage from them for the flight for $1700.00 for 4 bags (4 travelers both way's) have got zero help. My last customer service agent said no mention of luggage means no luggage allowed! Who has a separate department that sells taking your luggage on the flight you booked through them! If someone see's this at underpricer who can solve my problem, please give me a call!

GBAnita, The Rock Star I hit too quickly on choosing the flights and did not realize that there are about 20 hours of waiting time in Dubai in transit when there is another flight available in just one hour. I realized that in a few minutes after submitting the booking. Anita helped me very timely with the changes and her honest and straight answers signify that she is confident about her work and expertise. She is following the customer first in practice. This is my first-time experience on this website, now I prefer to come back to your website to do more bookings. Really appreciate Anita and her customer experience offering.

GBMy experience was incompetence or fraud My experience with underpricer was at best incompetent customer service and at worst outright fraud. I was told I could cancel my flight and book another because one of my original flight legs had been cancelled. Three days after doing so, I was told there would be no refund on my cancelled flight. I am out over $3,000. I was sent to Underpricer through the Kayak website. I did finally receive my refund although I have to say my customer experience with Underpricer was not good.
