Horrible experience with Underpricer I am having a horrible experience with UNDERPRICER. I booked my tickets in February through Kayak and I was told that my tickets were confirmed. Now I am told by the actual Airline that some segments are not confirmed and that the agency that booked the tickets are responsible for re-summiting the tickets. Well it has been 3 months and they have not been able to resolve the issue. Every time I call, I am told that someone will call me within the 48 hours and I never get anyone to call me back. I have also emailed them at investigation@underpricer and I have not received any reply from them.

Fraudulent and scammy practices NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM: This is the 4th time I'm reaching out regarding the cancellation of my booking. Japan Airlines contacted me, stating there are still duplicated bookings under my name. I urgently request that you cancel my booking with you. Here are my reasons: 1. I received a flight confirmation on March 8, with no further details provided or required for seat selection within the 24-hour free cancellation time frame. 2. Five days later, Shawn called pressuring me to purchase seats over the phone, claiming nothing is free. However, after researching online, I became hesitant to proceed due to numerous negative reviews. 3. I paid $29.95 for a Support Bundle while purchasing the ticket to protect myself from changes. Unfortunately, it's another scam—I'm unable to cancel without incurring undisclosed airline penalty fees and additional bundle fees. All these unprofessional operations clearly indicate fraudulent and scammy practices. I demand that you cancel my ticket as soon as possible.

Don't buy anything from Underpricer.com Do not buy any tickets from Underpricer.com. There is no service from the UnderPricer. They overcharged the seat selection fees. Kayak.com showed that the Underpricer was a partner of Kayak.com when I booked two tickets by searching kayak.com. I thought the Kayak knew how to select a good partner. It's not.

I was shopping for a deal online and… I was shopping for a deal online and GIA's name popped out on the chat room. I started talking to her and even though she was not able to get me the deal for my budget under 3K she was very kind, courteous and patient with me. Going forward to the future, I will look for Gia first and will seek her honest advise on my airline fare search. Thank you Gia for a wonderful experience chatting with you. How much does it cost to select a seat Spent a great deal of money for premium economy tickets. So far, so good. Went in later to select my seats, so I could sit next to my wife on these 10 hour flights. They charge for that? Oh well, how much could it be? $350?!?!. How much is a sandwich, $3,000? They should have told me - if you want to be sure to sit next to your wife, it's another $350. Update - It had been pre-pandemic since I flew. But apparently, the worthless sociopaths who run the airlines now routinely cheat people this way. Who knew? Workers of the world unite, etc. Anyway, not really Underpricers fault, although I would have appreciated a word to the wise on just how much the seat selection would be $350 - this should literally be a crime.
