My experience was incompetence or fraud My experience with underpricer was at best incompetent customer service and at worst outright fraud. I was told I could cancel my flight and book another because one of my original flight legs had been cancelled. Three days after doing so, I was told there would be no refund on my cancelled flight. I am out over $3,000. I was sent to Underpricer through the Kayak website. I did finally receive my refund although I have to say my customer experience with Underpricer was not good.

Charged double for tickets 45 days later no response Bought 2 tickets June 30, Credit card was charged same day June 30 from Underpricer and same day another $1369.00 from Latam airlines for the same tickets. 45 days later NO response from Underpricer.
