GBHorrible experience with Underpricer I am having a horrible experience with UNDERPRICER. I booked my tickets in February through Kayak and I was told that my tickets were confirmed. Now I am told by the actual Airline that some segments are not confirmed and that the agency that booked the tickets are responsible for re-summiting the tickets. Well it has been 3 months and they have not been able to resolve the issue. Every time I call, I am told that someone will call me within the 48 hours and I never get anyone to call me back. I have also emailed them at investigation@underpricer and I have not received any reply from them.

GBThey will rip you off ! Do not use It started off actually good with this group, I booked a flight and paid for seats and when they went to go get the flight, they couldn’t be purchased, so they contacted me with an alternative plan.I thought great this place rocks! But then the realty set in, the seats I paid for on the original flight had not been rebooked on the new flights. So I have asked and asked and asked multiple representatives to either book me new seats, crediting my previously unused seats money or credit me back the dollars of the unused seats. They keep saying wait 24-48 hrs and we will have the refund. 2 weeks later still no refund. I have reached out many times and the response has been said no way we’re going to do that, a voicemail that says we’re going to do that, but never never never have. And multiple promises they would fix is, but it still hasn’t happened. I booked these people through KAYAK, and I think KAYAK should drop them as a supplier. This does nothing but tarnish KAYAK’s name . the customer service, and the ability to return money for something that I didn’t get is absolutely horrible Please, please, please do not use this group or they will steal your money

GBHow much does it cost to select a seat Spent a great deal of money for premium economy tickets. So far, so good. Went in later to select my seats, so I could sit next to my wife on these 10 hour flights. They charge for that? Oh well, how much could it be? $350?!?!. How much is a sandwich, $3,000? They should have told me - if you want to be sure to sit next to your wife, it's another $350. Update - It had been pre-pandemic since I flew. But apparently, the worthless sociopaths who run the airlines now routinely cheat people this way. Who knew? Workers of the world unite, etc. Anyway, not really Underpricers fault, although I would have appreciated a word to the wise on just how much the seat selection would be $350 - this should literally be a crime.

GBI would give 0 stars if I could I would give 0 stars if I could. Just as another customer said, they screw you on the luggage. We booked on line. No question about luggage so we assumed the Fuji rules applied which was 1 free bag. Got a call from underpricer saying we needed to buy our luggage from them for the flight for $1700.00 for 4 bags (4 travelers both way's) have got zero help. My last customer service agent said no mention of luggage means no luggage allowed! Who has a separate department that sells taking your luggage on the flight you booked through them! If someone see's this at underpricer who can solve my problem, please give me a call!

GBTerrible Service, Exorbitant Fees Save yourself time and money by booking directly through the airline. Overpricer did not disclose at the time of purchase that preassigned seats which were included with airfare from the actual airline would cost hundreds extra through Underpricer. Underpricer called us over and over and over again. Underpricer’s change and cancelation policies also require additional fees or cannot be done at all when the airline offers the service for tickets purchased through them. All of these fees might actually cost more than the little bit you might save booking through them than the airline itself.
