GBDon't buy anything from Underpricer.com Do not buy any tickets from Underpricer.com. There is no service from the UnderPricer. They overcharged the seat selection fees. Kayak.com showed that the Underpricer was a partner of Kayak.com when I booked two tickets by searching kayak.com. I thought the Kayak knew how to select a good partner. It's not.

GBI would give 0 stars if I could I would give 0 stars if I could. Just as another customer said, they screw you on the luggage. We booked on line. No question about luggage so we assumed the Fuji rules applied which was 1 free bag. Got a call from underpricer saying we needed to buy our luggage from them for the flight for $1700.00 for 4 bags (4 travelers both way's) have got zero help. My last customer service agent said no mention of luggage means no luggage allowed! Who has a separate department that sells taking your luggage on the flight you booked through them! If someone see's this at underpricer who can solve my problem, please give me a call!

GBHow much does it cost to select a seat Spent a great deal of money for premium economy tickets. So far, so good. Went in later to select my seats, so I could sit next to my wife on these 10 hour flights. They charge for that? Oh well, how much could it be? $350?!?!. How much is a sandwich, $3,000? They should have told me - if you want to be sure to sit next to your wife, it's another $350. Update - It had been pre-pandemic since I flew. But apparently, the worthless sociopaths who run the airlines now routinely cheat people this way. Who knew? Workers of the world unite, etc. Anyway, not really Underpricers fault, although I would have appreciated a word to the wise on just how much the seat selection would be $350 - this should literally be a crime.

GBCumstomer care nonexistent Their phone customer care is only for new booking. If you already made a reservation and tried to reach them for something else, it is impossible to talk to a real person. They will transfer you many times to different departments, and say they would call you back but they never do. There is a spelling error in the name of my booking. They told me the error could be corrected when they reissued the ticket but the it was not corrected. Since I could not reach them by phone, I email them many time. They can’t reply the email within businesses hour since they CS team is overseas. Even when they reply, they ask repeatedly for the info I really provided and eventually stop responding to me, leaving the issue unsolved. I would not recommend this website since the risk is not worth it!

GBMy experience was incompetence or fraud My experience with underpricer was at best incompetent customer service and at worst outright fraud. I was told I could cancel my flight and book another because one of my original flight legs had been cancelled. Three days after doing so, I was told there would be no refund on my cancelled flight. I am out over $3,000. I was sent to Underpricer through the Kayak website. I did finally receive my refund although I have to say my customer experience with Underpricer was not good.
