GBHow much does it cost to select a seat Spent a great deal of money for premium economy tickets. So far, so good. Went in later to select my seats, so I could sit next to my wife on these 10 hour flights. They charge for that? Oh well, how much could it be? $350?!?!. How much is a sandwich, $3,000? They should have told me - if you want to be sure to sit next to your wife, it's another $350. Update - It had been pre-pandemic since I flew. But apparently, the worthless sociopaths who run the airlines now routinely cheat people this way. Who knew? Workers of the world unite, etc. Anyway, not really Underpricers fault, although I would have appreciated a word to the wise on just how much the seat selection would be $350 - this should literally be a crime.

GBDon't buy anything from Underpricer.com Do not buy any tickets from Underpricer.com. There is no service from the UnderPricer. They overcharged the seat selection fees. Kayak.com showed that the Underpricer was a partner of Kayak.com when I booked two tickets by searching kayak.com. I thought the Kayak knew how to select a good partner. It's not.

GBJosie helped me out with my flight… Josie helped me out with my flight booking and it took a while for the email to show up, but Josie was very helpful in finding a flight right for me.

GBAnita, The Rock Star I hit too quickly on choosing the flights and did not realize that there are about 20 hours of waiting time in Dubai in transit when there is another flight available in just one hour. I realized that in a few minutes after submitting the booking. Anita helped me very timely with the changes and her honest and straight answers signify that she is confident about her work and expertise. She is following the customer first in practice. This is my first-time experience on this website, now I prefer to come back to your website to do more bookings. Really appreciate Anita and her customer experience offering.

GBRipped Off and Ignored My family paid over $3000 for their flights and they also paid for travel protection in the event of unforseen circumstances. After my mother got injured, my parents reached out to request a date change for the trip. After Underpricer was not responding, my parents reached out directly to the airline explaining the situation and how they also bought travel protection with their flights. The airline Finnair then stated that the travel protection my parents bought was not on file. When reading the terms and conditions under the section Change, it states that "changes are only allowed for unflown flights. When you request to change your flight with us, we will handle fulfilling your request with the airline on your behalf." So my parents are attempting request changing the date of our trip due to a medical emergency and I am confused on why it is not being handled as stated on the Underpricer website.
