I bought $602 worth of green car and servixe 11/02/2022 and received email containing the link after 24H which is fine. Link for UPS has been “Label Creation” only for 15 days and although already in the process for disputing this amount to get my money back still very unhappy with this company. Please do not buy any service at all from this company. Now i have ti buy another set to Japan Rail Pass from another conoany and hopefully get my refund from this company

Awful shady practices Awful. Website says if you spend over $880, you get up to 50% discount on your shipping price. Despite this we paid the full $23 for shipping to Australia. They email me days later saying they’ve put my order on hold because they decided it costs an ADDITIONAL $45 to be shipped. $68 shipping total when I already spent $1100. Ridiculous. Cancelled my order and bought it from Klook where it was $97 less that JRPass, and that was before their awful bull crap extra shipping charges.

Positive experience from UK. Recommend. I felt compelled to write a positive review for these guys as it's very difficult to decide which site to use for the Japan Rail Pass. I received the tickets through within 2 days and the customer service even responded just after I'd ordered the tickets to add my middle name to it which I'd mistakenly omitted. There are some retailers who would ask you to cancel and re-order again, but not these guys. Very good service. Highly recommend.

Useless scam I purchased the pass for myself and my daughter before our trip to Japan, I requested the pass to be shipped to our hotel in Tokyo, the pass was delayed and didn’t arrive till 4 days into our stay in Tokyo, when contacted JRPASS they advised I contact FedEx and inquire about there whereabouts of the passes!!! As a customer in a foreign country I had to make phone calls to fedex to try and have the passes delivered before we leave Tokyo to Osaka. All and all the JRPass useless, extremely overpriced and not necessary at all, in my opinion buying it was a scam. I contacted the JRPass and expressed the above and requested a refund due to their failures, they brushed off my request. The pass doesn’t give you 30% of what it promises! Don’t buy it! But your daily passes as you go and forget about this scam!

Order with confidence! Hard to tell which service in UK is legit as the official Japanrailpass.net site doesn’t provide weblinks for official 3rd party global resellers and the reviews for the usual Google sites seem to vary A LOT! Decided to go with JRPASS.COM *only* because they had an active forum. Ordered the passes (in London) and received the jrpass within 2 days! Slightly more expensive, but when you are parting with over £400 for a rail pass, an extra £10 was worth it. Definitely recommend if you are new to this.
