I used to compare airline fares and I was happy because it serves as confirmation that the target flight fee is really that affordable. Everything is smooth considering this is my first travel to the United States to visit my one and only lovely sister and her family. I am so happy.

IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNRESPONSIVE They are not responsible and not resposive. Their website which has glitch made duplicate bookings and they have not returned my money for the duplicate booking since eleventh of april 2024. On the eleventh of April,sfter booking two return air tickets to Manila Colombo with "AirAsia" on your website I entered my credit card details and bank confirmation code to pay.I saw the messages telling me that; "This translation takes a few minutes. please wait". I had waited for nearly twelve minutes and the payment was not confirmed.Out of the frustration of long unusual delay, I changed my mind to proceed with further booking with your website and log out. Later, when I checked my emails, I noted two emails of booking confirmation with the two reference numbers.I was disappointed to see two different duplicate confirmations with double payments.
