GBRepeat Customer Pleasantly surprised a company employee was waiting for me and my wife at the airport arrival area in Maui with a sign bearing my name. Was directed to a waiting area where our bags were collected and kept until our shuttle bus arrived after about a 20-minute waiting time outside the terminal building. The female bus driver was courteous but drove a little too fast and she tried to beat traffic red lights. I believe she actually ran 2 red lights. The ride back from our hotel to the airport was very relaxing. Our shuttle bus driver, “Lab,” (short for Labrador he said) actually arrived about 2 minutes before pick up time. He thanked everyone in the shuttle bus for visiting Maui and he told interesting stories on the way to the airport. While our shuttle bus was stopped due to traffic near Lahaina, he showed us pictures on his cellphone of huge lobsters caught off the coast of Maui. Interesting! Lab is a very careful driver, he never drove past the speed limit. Upon arrival at the airport, he unloaded everyone’s luggage with a smile. Thank you, Lab!

GBWay over priced All the activities were great but we found out we paid double for the snorkeling activity which really made me mad. We paid $139 each and when we got to Hawaii it was advertised everywhere for $79.95. Just be honest with the prices and do your research so you don't get burned like this too

GBOverall experience not that great! When we booked our cruise online it specifically says we each get a choice of Mai Tai, specialty drink or house wine with our purchase. We had a choice of champagne & some sort of fruit drink. The drinks were just ok. When we asked the waiter & showed him what our voucher says about the package we purchased he said that the company changed it and he's not sure why it still showed up online. He also went and asked his manager what they could do for us. Needless to say it's not our fault. What a good management would do is to give us those drinks that they now charge about $9 each. The waiter came back and said that his manager said no. The manager didn't even come out & apologize himself!! While the sunset viewing up on the deck is really beautiful, I'm certain other tours could offer a much better customer service than Majestic Cruise!! It's our first time with them & our last! Our concern isn't too hard & could be handled easily. This cruise isn't cheap so we expect great service & food which by the way, only the chicken & catch of the day are really decent. The meatballs, pork & dessert are not good at all. There's nothing special about the salad either. Don't waste your money here. We would have given them 2 Stars, but thanks to the beauty of nature with the sunset viewing, they were saved & got 3 stars. We were told by different people we've met during our trip that the Star of Honolulu is THE one! We read up the reviews & we're excited to do that when we go back.
