Support the business and not some money grubby travel agency. They ruined my trip to HI and wouldn't even help me out to rebook my events. They were so rude and completely lack compassion. GBWay over priced All the activities were great but we found out we paid double for the snorkeling activity which really made me mad. We paid $139 each and when we got to Hawaii it was advertised everywhere for $79.95. Just be honest with the prices and do your research so you don't get burned like this too

GBReliable service Reliable service, If the driver doesn’t have to stop for anyone else. When I used the service other customers we stopped for were not ready, still packing but he was very patient and waited for them. More patient than I would have been!

GBDirections to the boat were vague if … Directions to the boat were vague if you are unfamiliar with local addresses and landmarks. Couldn't find the boat. Called, and still had a bit of trouble. Otherwise, staff was exceptional.
