Enjoyable Sunset at Haleakala Pick up was right on time. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Loved the new vehicle-it was very comfortable. Can't emphasize enough that this tour needs to tell potential passengers that you will need to bring warm clothing/coat at the summit-we had 3 members on our bus who were told at their hotel that they would be fine with a light jacket-they scrambled at rest stop buying sweatshirts and then were too cold to even go outside and experience Haleakala-what a waste of time and money for them-so unfortunate. The meal at the golf course was average-I realize that they stayed open to accommodate our group,but the meal was so-so at best.

All the tours were great except the… All the tours were great except the Pearl Harbor experience. There was not enough time allotted for all 4 places. You had to rush through it all and could not enjoy it

Sunset cruise and fireworks Sunset cruise and fireworks. Excellent experience seeing Hawaii and Diamond Head from the water. Cocktails were a little disappointing - an umbrella or adornment would have been a nice touch. Food was excellent and refilled as soon as something in the buffet was running out.

Overall experience not that great! When we booked our cruise online it specifically says we each get a choice of Mai Tai, specialty drink or house wine with our purchase. We had a choice of champagne & some sort of fruit drink. The drinks were just ok. When we asked the waiter & showed him what our voucher says about the package we purchased he said that the company changed it and he's not sure why it still showed up online. He also went and asked his manager what they could do for us. Needless to say it's not our fault. What a good management would do is to give us those drinks that they now charge about $9 each. The waiter came back and said that his manager said no. The manager didn't even come out & apologize himself!! While the sunset viewing up on the deck is really beautiful, I'm certain other tours could offer a much better customer service than Majestic Cruise!! It's our first time with them & our last! Our concern isn't too hard & could be handled easily. This cruise isn't cheap so we expect great service & food which by the way, only the chicken & catch of the day are really decent. The meatballs, pork & dessert are not good at all. There's nothing special about the salad either. Don't waste your money here. We would have given them 2 Stars, but thanks to the beauty of nature with the sunset viewing, they were saved & got 3 stars. We were told by different people we've met during our trip that the Star of Honolulu is THE one! We read up the reviews & we're excited to do that when we go back.

Our soggy trip to Waipio... It was raining so hard it was hard to enjoy the trip but the tour guide was very sweet and funny so that made it nice. We weren't able to go down into Waipio Valley which was the reason we booked it, but no one can change the weather, so...it was still interesting even though I fell in the red mud with white pants on and we were soaked to the bone. Lol! We shall never forget that trip. :D
