GBIf you need a passport or visa... If you need a visa or a passport renewal--especially if time is short or the process is complicated--you can absolutely depend on ItsEasy. One time, the folks at ItsEasy saved my job, basically, when I failed to pay attention to EU travel rules regarding passport expiration. And, if there are any uncertainties beyond their control, they will be very transparent about those. If you want to be sure, call on ItsEasy--don't fool around with anyone else.

GBIf you are skeptical like me I can tell… If you are skeptical like me I can tell you this company is legit. I did my research and ultimately chose them for a passport we needed within a week. They were very professional and had great communication through text, phone call, and email. We had a situation arise and multiple employees including the VP did everything they could to help us resolve it. They are not cheap but if you need a passport fast I would recommend.

GBDon't make the mistake of trusting this service. I wish I hadn't ignored the hundreds of negative reviews on every other review site. My experience with ItsEasy was comprised of terrible customer service, hidden fees that came up days after I signed the contract, and an almost missed vacation.
