Incompetence, Horrible Customer Service I used ItsEasy from ~2011-2015, without any major problems. However, my last experience with them was so horrible that I decided I was never going to use them. Avoid a CSR, Charles at all costs! I was applying for my visa for two countries, and sent the package to them with a clear note that I would email two of the invitation letters that were needed. I sent them the invitation letters the next day. I got an email from one agent that my application was missing paperwork, and I got an email from another agent that I didn't need to send any paper work because the consulate accepted the application as is. When I called, I spoke to an agent, Charles. The rudest, and most unhelpful customer service rep I have ever worked with. Didn't provide an iota of help! Per him, ItsEasy just takes the package we send, and drops it off at the consulate without looking for completeness - What! I had never heard of anything so absurd! In any case, thanks to their incompetence both my visa applications got messed up, and I had to postpone my trip. I refuse to do business with an organization that has such poor customer service.

ItsEasy IS Easy! The name says it all! ItsEasy is such an easy and effective way to apply for tourist Visas. I would highly recommend them and am so appreciative for all their help. For those that do not want to deal with working directly with a Consulate, ItsEasy is the best way to address your passport/visa needs!

If you need a passport or visa... If you need a visa or a passport renewal--especially if time is short or the process is complicated--you can absolutely depend on ItsEasy. One time, the folks at ItsEasy saved my job, basically, when I failed to pay attention to EU travel rules regarding passport expiration. And, if there are any uncertainties beyond their control, they will be very transparent about those. If you want to be sure, call on ItsEasy--don't fool around with anyone else.

Don't make the mistake of trusting this service. I wish I hadn't ignored the hundreds of negative reviews on every other review site. My experience with ItsEasy was comprised of terrible customer service, hidden fees that came up days after I signed the contract, and an almost missed vacation.

Your software made applying for my Indian visa simple and efficient, and Michelle's customer service was terrific. The whole process was completed in less than two weeks, despite having to be sent to New York for the actual visa.
