GBRenaissance Hotel, Orlando, FL Parking These guys are very good, except late at night (after 11PM), when they can't seem to be bothered to come pick up their customers at the airport. I've had two very bad experiences (waited over an hour both times) and do not park in their lot when I have to return late at night. Other than that, the service and rates are GREAT! As far as giving me options as to where to park and rates, the Airportparkandfly service in Orlando is great!

GBNever again! Zero stars if possible! When searching for airport parking at DFW, you will notice this company doesn't show up... except for the paid ad. I should have noticed this as the first sign of a problem. They make you jump through so many (hard to see when you book) hoops, that you will probably miss your flight if you don't leave super early. When I had problems with the parking arrangement, I tried to email them to cancel my reservation. They said they would respond within 24 hours. 14 days later, I did not receive a response. When I called, the CSR was rude and refused to refund my payment- even though I parked somewhere else. The supervisor was also rude saying, "Well, if I didn't hear back from a company within 24 hours, I wouldn't have waited 2 weeks to call them." Why should I have to stay on top of them?? I emailed and they said they would respond. I was out of town (obviously, because I was parking at the airport). There is a reason their company info is hard to find. There is a reason they were rude. They have had to deal with so many customer complaints.
