GBunacceptable experience. While I do admit we arrived a bit late for our initial shuttle to airport we were in line for the next available shuttle. A family who was staying at the hotel was allowed to go before us on the next shuttle. That family took up the entire room in that shuttle so we were told to wait for the next one. I paid for the reservation the night before but we were never asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't stay at the hotel I guess we weren't as important as the family that stayed there.

GBVery Good service! I am very pleased with this service and the people in the Holiday Inn Airport North were very friendly and helpful! Great experience. Thank you so much for making it a very pleasant experience! I wish we had more business like this!

GBthe rate was good, but you get what you pay for. Not good. when we got to the lot, we were told it was full, they arranged for us to park at another hotel next door. Had to make a U turn in very busy traffic street, park and then drag the luggage all the way back to original Crown Plaza hotel. On the return, the driver dropped us off at the entrance to the lot and we had to drag our luggage to car.

GBTotally unorganized and unprofessional. Would not use them again. After arriving at the designated hotel, I parked our car and waited with a crowd of people in front of the hotel. We were told there would be a white van to take us to the Port. After about 20-30 minutes, an unmarked van arrived and we had to ask if it was going to the port, no announcement from the driver, no signs or markings on the van. On the way to the port, we asked the driver about getting in touch with the parking company when we returned to pick us up. The number I got from the website booking was different than what another couple riding with us had. The driver said to use the number the other couple had. When our cruise returned to the port and we were ready to be picked up, I called the number that I was given. It was difficult to say the least hearing the man on the other end much less understanding him and when he would pick us up. After waiting about 20 minutes, I called him again and asked him when he was going to pick us up. He would not give us a time. After spending about 20 more minutes waiting, we gave up and spent $10 on a cab to drive us about half a mile back to the hotel where our car was parked. I doubt if the driver ever showed up at all. I would never use this parking company again. I will pay the extra money to park within walking distance of the port.

GBPark and fly from DFW Marriott North Since the downtown park and ride closed, I've used the DFW Marriott North off if Freeport Pkwy! Employees are very nice and helpful and always have a smile on their face. Cost is extremely low and the longest I've ever had to wait on a ride is 15 minutes which is not bad at all. I highly recommend using them on your next fly away!!!
