GBNever again! Zero stars if possible! When searching for airport parking at DFW, you will notice this company doesn't show up... except for the paid ad. I should have noticed this as the first sign of a problem. They make you jump through so many (hard to see when you book) hoops, that you will probably miss your flight if you don't leave super early. When I had problems with the parking arrangement, I tried to email them to cancel my reservation. They said they would respond within 24 hours. 14 days later, I did not receive a response. When I called, the CSR was rude and refused to refund my payment- even though I parked somewhere else. The supervisor was also rude saying, "Well, if I didn't hear back from a company within 24 hours, I wouldn't have waited 2 weeks to call them." Why should I have to stay on top of them?? I emailed and they said they would respond. I was out of town (obviously, because I was parking at the airport). There is a reason their company info is hard to find. There is a reason they were rude. They have had to deal with so many customer complaints.

GBGreat Savings, but One Small Problem i will definitely use this service in the future, as the cost difference was quite a large savings, and using the site was straightforward. However, the site has one shortcoming, though it could be easily corrected. I used a map program to locate hotels in the vicinity of the airport, and booked a room a a great rate, noting the hotel address. I then went to airparkfly.com to book the parking, hoping to have parking available at the same hotel. This is where I ran into a problem; you cannot see the address of the hotel until after paying. I got lucky, as I had in fact booked the same one, but simply giving addresses on the listing page would have simplified my search. Other than this, use of the site, as well as the savings, means this will be my go-to site for parking services.

GBunacceptable experience. While I do admit we arrived a bit late for our initial shuttle to airport we were in line for the next available shuttle. A family who was staying at the hotel was allowed to go before us on the next shuttle. That family took up the entire room in that shuttle so we were told to wait for the next one. I paid for the reservation the night before but we were never asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't stay at the hotel I guess we weren't as important as the family that stayed there.
