shuttle drop off pick up First time using airport park fly. Found 2 things discomforting, distance to airport and shuttle pick up. Distance to airport is just a tad far... if u get traffic, you risk being late for your flight Shuttle schedule is every half hour.... not good if you have to go to work right away.. They should be at lease every 15 minutes

Awesome So much cheaper than airport parking. Very convenient as well as I have used this service over 10x times and always satisfied.

the rate was good, but you get what you pay for. Not good. when we got to the lot, we were told it was full, they arranged for us to park at another hotel next door. Had to make a U turn in very busy traffic street, park and then drag the luggage all the way back to original Crown Plaza hotel. On the return, the driver dropped us off at the entrance to the lot and we had to drag our luggage to car.

unacceptable experience. While I do admit we arrived a bit late for our initial shuttle to airport we were in line for the next available shuttle. A family who was staying at the hotel was allowed to go before us on the next shuttle. That family took up the entire room in that shuttle so we were told to wait for the next one. I paid for the reservation the night before but we were never asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't stay at the hotel I guess we weren't as important as the family that stayed there.

Great Value I have used this service numerous times in multiple locations. Every time I have had a great experience. I recommend this to everyone!!
