GBParking & transport was great but finding them, both arriving and departing, was a terrible challange. Arriving in the vacinity there was a transport van blocking the lot sign. Strait ahead was a parking garage. Got a ticket and drove in to an almost empty facility. Spent 10 minutes walking aroud and finally spotted the lot next door. Returning from the cruise, I reviewed th ticket stub I had been given looking for the name of the parking company I was using ( I use many on my travels ). The stub and all p[aperwork I had printed from the reservation showed NO name or phone number. Had to borrew a 'smart phone' to use the address tp get the info I needed to find the correct transport service. Very frustrating.

GBshuttle drop off pick up First time using airport park fly. Found 2 things discomforting, distance to airport and shuttle pick up. Distance to airport is just a tad far... if u get traffic, you risk being late for your flight Shuttle schedule is every half hour.... not good if you have to go to work right away.. They should be at lease every 15 minutes

GBHelpful Staff We were late for our flight and the staff was so helpful by calling a cab to get us to the airport so that we could make our flight.

GBNever again! Zero stars if possible! When searching for airport parking at DFW, you will notice this company doesn't show up... except for the paid ad. I should have noticed this as the first sign of a problem. They make you jump through so many (hard to see when you book) hoops, that you will probably miss your flight if you don't leave super early. When I had problems with the parking arrangement, I tried to email them to cancel my reservation. They said they would respond within 24 hours. 14 days later, I did not receive a response. When I called, the CSR was rude and refused to refund my payment- even though I parked somewhere else. The supervisor was also rude saying, "Well, if I didn't hear back from a company within 24 hours, I wouldn't have waited 2 weeks to call them." Why should I have to stay on top of them?? I emailed and they said they would respond. I was out of town (obviously, because I was parking at the airport). There is a reason their company info is hard to find. There is a reason they were rude. They have had to deal with so many customer complaints.

GBthe rate was good, but you get what you pay for. Not good. when we got to the lot, we were told it was full, they arranged for us to park at another hotel next door. Had to make a U turn in very busy traffic street, park and then drag the luggage all the way back to original Crown Plaza hotel. On the return, the driver dropped us off at the entrance to the lot and we had to drag our luggage to car.
