Simply the Best Simply the Best! Unbelieveable experience! Everything from transportation, check in and the coordinated events went without a hitch. Can't say enough good things about the comfort level we had knowing that Debbie Birecki and the staff had everything under control. I would highly recommend Grad City to anyone who wants the perfect senior trip! Thanks for all the hard work that you made look easy!!!! AAA+++

Most amazing time so far in my life I loved this trip! Being with my friends in PI, Bahamas for about a week with no obligations at all was amazing. The grad city events were extremely fun. The hotel was amazing. The services that Grad City provide were also great; they were very understanding of what a bunch of teenagers on spring break in the Bahamas wanted to do. Would highly recommend this trip to any of my friends.

Grad City is Overrated! Grad City is possibly one of the worst travel agencies I have ever dealt with. We recently completed a trip to Punta Cana Hard tock through Grad City. Our friends booked the same trip, directly through the resort and paid substantially less and received more “resort credit”. The property was open to the public, which was not disclosed to any of the parents in any meeting. The security measures were sub par. The hotel was without water for a day and no one in 2 buildings were able to shower or flush. Our group was ill after eating there the second day. When the adults complained about the food and explained that we were sick. Grad City asked us if we had eaten “off property” or even better, if we had had “too much to drink?” Not once was there any question or concern, nor were medical options or advice offered. They simply told us we could purchase Imodium at the gift shop. As we sat in our rooms without water, vomiting and with diarrhea for days on end, not one Grad City staffer checked on any of us. They were advised of our complaints and concerns and none were addressed. Lastly, the resort was unaccomodating to any request. No extra pillows, no coke products, no dietary restrictions, no food was allowed to go back to the room in containers, room service is limited to less than 6 items. We saw roaches in restaurants, we had terrible service and were denied seating in restaurants with MANY open tables. I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel chain and travel company before. I do not recommend either Grad City nor Hard Rock. We all came home with parasites and are being treated with antibiotics.

GradCity is the best GradCity is the best! Getting to work with them as staff has one of the best experiences of my life. The team is amazing, everyone is super nice and focused on making the program be the best it can be for the group. I loved working with the kids and parents we traveled with and helping them enjoy their trip as much as possible. GradCity wins at spring break! 😁
