We just returned from a trip to Punta… We just returned from a trip to Punta Cana with Grad City. Everything went well. Stacy and Virginia took care of everything and was available at all times for anything we needed. Occidental Caribe was a beautiful resort for the cost.

I would never use grad city again I would never use grad city again. There customer service is beyond horrible and the afety of your children is of no concern to them. Avoid at all costs

currently waiting at the Detroit… currently waiting at the Detroit airport for a trip zero communication we see grad City shirts but no one is helping at all flight is delayed we'll keep everybody updated not impressed so far.

Simply the Best Simply the Best! Unbelieveable experience! Everything from transportation, check in and the coordinated events went without a hitch. Can't say enough good things about the comfort level we had knowing that Debbie Birecki and the staff had everything under control.
