Poor customer service Poor customer service I applied for my uae visa from their consultant Raj, who is basically just a salesman and has no idea how the visa works. They claim to grant uae visa in 2-3 day but when I did not receive visa, I called him and he explained reason for the delay which did not make any sense so I wrote email directly to company and then they started my visa process.aftet getting visa , I needed some more information which neither raj nor the company replied. I would recommend to go with some other company if you don’t want to keep on calling them because if there is any issue , they are not gonna reach you easily.just see my chat and you will realise how they ignore you.

I booked a Singapore tour package… I booked a Singapore tour package through Akbar Holidays.Firstly I would like to thank you and your team for providing us with a perfect experience for our time in Singapore. We had a wonderful trip. Everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about our food or transport or sightseeing. The accommodation was also perfect. Took wrong date for travel and i missed… Took wrong date for travel and i missed my flight due to visa validity date of my child. Worst ticket booking experience. Please Make sure that the ticket purchased is matching with the date customer preferred.I paid Rs 68000 to reschedule my flight date for airlines due to this. I will never trust Akbar Travels anymore.

Fake and pathetic customer service Fake and pathetic customer service. Etihad cancelled flight and informed Akbar Travels and they were least bothered to inform us. We went to airport with infant in hand an the flight was rescheduled aftee 3 days. "Merlin" from Akbar Travels said they had high call volumes so missed the call from Etihad. Seriously??? Irfan, Vishnu, Merlin and Shahid are the fake customer agents who promised refund and vanished somewhere. Do not trust Akbar Travels... They are pathetic.

Fraud Company dont use their service Chutiya Company hai, pahale to Paise deduct kar lenge and ticket confirmation will be waiting. after 30 minute they will call and will ask for more money or else they will say you will get your refund after 7to 10 days. If you are not ready to pay extra no option you will pay extra. Leh to Delhi they did it with me. Extra money they will not give you GST invoice. Fraud company
