Great experience again They repaired my several years old R1 fleece at their Chamonix shop for free. YES FOR FREE. YES SEVERAL YEARS OLD. I expected to pay something, so I was happy to donate one of the eco charities with my doubled cost expectations :). They refused to repair another piece, but I accepted the reasons they presented. Great to meet people keeping the Chuinard's words :). BRAWO PATAGONIA !

GREAT SERVICE! I ordered a women's vest from Patagonia! It arrived in 2 days. The vest did not fit so I initiated a return. Within an hour of dropping off the return at Fedex, the return was processed and in 2 biz days was credited to my account. Just wanted to say what great service it was!

Patagonia refused to give a full refund for faulty gloves I purchased gloves from Patagonia in October 2023. Given the mild winter I have only worn them 4 or 5 times. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the stitching near a button hole tag on one of the gloves has come loose. Patagonia have refused to give me a full refund and are only prepared to offer a 60% refund so I can get them repaired myself. I will never buy from Patagonia again.

Rarely i give 5 stars but i was treated… Rarely i give 5 stars but i was treated very well from Patagonia in USA. unfortunatly in europe (italy) the selling system isnt as good as in the States. Thje shop in Santa monica has very good employers.

The worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever encountered! I returned an item on the 11th December and had to send numerous emails to prove that I had actually returned the item which they claimed to have not received despite the fact that I had proof of return. I got no response from most of my emails, the couple that they did respond to would take them over a week to reply to. I eventually got my refund 7 weeks after returning the item. I will never purchase from Patagonia again! Absolutely dreadful
