Miami City Tour Review Excellent customer service. We had a party of six arriving night before tour. Flight for two of them was cancelled at last minute so they could not make tour. With one phone call to the tour company the ticket prices were refunded back to credit card. Pretty good tour. Easy to understand the narrator. Not always able to tell which building or item was being described but interesting information.

Bus Tour was good, boat tour not so much Got on the bus bus at the Marriott and the tour was good overall - got a good overview of Miami and learned about some of the history. After the bus tour, we were dropped aff at the pier. Had to stand in line to get boat tickets (they were prepaid but you had to stand in line anyway). The boat tour was very short. On the outbound piece, we learned who loved in all the homes, on the inbound ride, there was really nothing left as we covered everything on the outbound ride. Very short boat tour, literally went a few miles, turned around and returned. Good overall but would skip the boat tour.

great tours for first timers we took 2 tours with the Miami tour company - a half day tour around Miami and a day trip to Key West. Both went well and without a hitch. The only reason i scored 4 stars instead of 5 was that in both tours, info about stops and comfort breaks would have been nice to know before the trip. on the city tour, advance info on the lunch stop area would have been nice. on the key west tour, we stopped at a maccas in the morning but went straight back at night. info like that would have been handy in planning our day better, that's all.

Great trip, learned many things The bus tour was excellent; the boat trip was okay. The speaker on the boat spoke too fast and was difficult to understand. We were able to see many things we would have missed on our own. They were on time and picked us up in front of our motel. Very nice coach. Lots of visibility and clean.

Miami Tour Company Experience The owner of Miami Tour Company reached out to apologize for their partners behavior and offered a refund as well as ride with another partner who takes covid a bit more serious. I wasn't able to take that boat ride due to weather conditions before leaving Miami. Miami tour company does not adhere to Covid guidelines!! Their reasoning the city of Miami doesn't make us so we do things the American way, which I was told, is people over profits. Daily their boats are packed to the max if not more. No room to social distance. Then they make jokes about, once you start drinking, the masks will come off! They are hosting super spreader boat cruise. Sail at your own risk!!
