great tours for first timers we took 2 tours with the Miami tour company - a half day tour around Miami and a day trip to Key West. Both went well and without a hitch. The only reason i scored 4 stars instead of 5 was that in both tours, info about stops and comfort breaks would have been nice to know before the trip. on the city tour, advance info on the lunch stop area would have been nice. on the key west tour, we stopped at a maccas in the morning but went straight back at night. info like that would have been handy in planning our day better, that's all.

They were hospitable and accommodating… They were hospitable and accommodating to a family of 6 although there was a slight mishap in their booking. Website may need a little tweaking.

Tour started out well, ended badly. We enjoyed visiting the Everglades (even with a light shower). But there was only one restaurant at that site and we really didn't have time for lunch. Next, we were dropped downtown for the second boat trip around Miami and Miami Beach. Again, no time for lunch. At the end of this trip, however, we were told that we'd have to wait over 90 minutes for another driver to return us to our hotels (ours was in Miami Beach). Yes, at 4PM we would have had time for "lunch," but now it was approaching dinner. We were tired and didn't need to stroll around the shops for over 90 minutes, so we took a cab back to our hotel. I trhin you should have allowed time for lunch (on own) in the downton area where a number of restaurants/fast food places were. Then, had the tour take the next boat tour (3:30 or 4:00 I believe). Great trip, learned many things The bus tour was excellent; the boat trip was okay. The speaker on the boat spoke too fast and was difficult to understand. We were able to see many things we would have missed on our own. They were on time and picked us up in front of our motel. Very nice coach. Lots of visibility and clean.

Excellent driver, very fun I booked the tour online hoping to be blown away but I was a little disappointed. The tour was guided by a very fun and upbeat driver, I forgot his name... but he was very fun. The tour was not worth 54 USD, which in fact cost me 61 cad. We were unable to make a stop to see Versace Mansion, we did not stop at the market place either. I invited a few friends on the tour and they were also disappointed. At the end of it all I was able to learn about Miami and the tour guide was lots of fun.
