CAExcellent driver, very fun I booked the tour online hoping to be blown away but I was a little disappointed. The tour was guided by a very fun and upbeat driver, I forgot his name... but he was very fun. The tour was not worth 54 USD, which in fact cost me 61 cad. We were unable to make a stop to see Versace Mansion, we did not stop at the market place either. I invited a few friends on the tour and they were also disappointed. At the end of it all I was able to learn about Miami and the tour guide was lots of fun.

GBMisinformed No one informed me of the exact location for bus boarding, and each time I sought direction I was given a different place. I walked to somemany different places for Big Bus, and the stop signs are misleading since there are so many different Big Buses.

SEEverglades Miami Tour Company delivered what they promised. We have a wonderful day visit Aligator show and a boat tour in Miami.

GBThey were hospitable and accommodating… They were hospitable and accommodating to a family of 6 although there was a slight mishap in their booking. Website may need a little tweaking.

GBWORST BUS TOUR EVER DRIVER WAS A SMART ASS, WAS NOT VERY INFORMATIVE. ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE PASSED OUR REWUIRED ASKING, IE TOUR MAPS. BOAT TOUR WAS VERY GOOD!
