Bus tour was great, boat tour was disappointing. Cindy and I had taken both tours last March, 2013 and were very pleased. Then with my mother-in-law and son in tow in May 2014, we repeated the same two tours. The bus tour was very good. However, the boat tour was very disappointing as the annotation was very sparse (I would say less than 20% of the previous trip) and the narrator was very difficult to understand. The trip did not go down cruise ship mooring passage.

Excellent driver, very fun I booked the tour online hoping to be blown away but I was a little disappointed. The tour was guided by a very fun and upbeat driver, I forgot his name... but he was very fun. The tour was not worth 54 USD, which in fact cost me 61 cad. We were unable to make a stop to see Versace Mansion, we did not stop at the market place either. I invited a few friends on the tour and they were also disappointed. At the end of it all I was able to learn about Miami and the tour guide was lots of fun.

great tours for first timers we took 2 tours with the Miami tour company - a half day tour around Miami and a day trip to Key West. Both went well and without a hitch. The only reason i scored 4 stars instead of 5 was that in both tours, info about stops and comfort breaks would have been nice to know before the trip. on the city tour, advance info on the lunch stop area would have been nice. on the key west tour, we stopped at a maccas in the morning but went straight back at night. info like that would have been handy in planning our day better, that's all.

Tour started out well, ended badly. We enjoyed visiting the Everglades (even with a light shower). But there was only one restaurant at that site and we really didn't have time for lunch. Next, we were dropped downtown for the second boat trip around Miami and Miami Beach. Again, no time for lunch. At the end of this trip, however, we were told that we'd have to wait over 90 minutes for another driver to return us to our hotels (ours was in Miami Beach). Yes, at 4PM we would have had time for "lunch," but now it was approaching dinner. We were tired and didn't need to stroll around the shops for over 90 minutes, so we took a cab back to our hotel. I trhin you should have allowed time for lunch (on own) in the downton area where a number of restaurants/fast food places were. Then, had the tour take the next boat tour (3:30 or 4:00 I believe). Miami City Tour Review Excellent customer service. We had a party of six arriving night before tour. Flight for two of them was cancelled at last minute so they could not make tour. With one phone call to the tour company the ticket prices were refunded back to credit card. Pretty good tour. Easy to understand the narrator. Not always able to tell which building or item was being described but interesting information.
