Nice Went on both the bus tour and boat tour. Our favorite was the bus tour boat ho hum. James the bus driver very knowledgeable whatever I asked him always a positive response. We would definitely recommend the bus tour to all our family and friends. I would go on another tour in the near future will have to see next time were on vacation.

WORST BUS TOUR EVER DRIVER WAS A SMART ASS, WAS NOT VERY INFORMATIVE. ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE PASSED OUR REWUIRED ASKING, IE TOUR MAPS. BOAT TOUR WAS VERY GOOD!

Misinformed No one informed me of the exact location for bus boarding, and each time I sought direction I was given a different place. I walked to somemany different places for Big Bus, and the stop signs are misleading since there are so many different Big Buses.

Everglades Miami Tour Company delivered what they promised. We have a wonderful day visit Aligator show and a boat tour in Miami.

Could have been better! Took the ' Day trip to Key West' tour from Miami . This gave us 6 hours in Key West which was fine. However the Coach provided was extremely uncomfortable and not of an acceptable standard in view of the 7-8 hours travel time. The coach was also 100% full and our enjoyment was further compromised by being surrounded by a group of teenagers who for the most part misbehaved throughout - particularly on the return journey. We also took the 'Original Miami Tour' which was in fact excellent.
