Shocking Shocking. Our bags never turned up after an awful flight from Toronto to Manchester, took 5 days for my partner's bag to arrive at the house and because it arrived in Manchester after 3 days and then took 2 days to deliver we were due 0 compensation and all the belongings and bag is destroyed. Absolute joke not worth paying whatsoever.

AVOID booking service with them at any… AVOID booking service with them at any cost. My luggage was delayed for more than 3 days to arrive and they didn’t even bother to assist/compensate. There is no contact except from a bot and they don’t reply in emails. Pure rubbish.

It is a scam It is a scam, plain and simple. I only had trouble with this company. They just said the "file reference number" the airline gave me is invalid, so they have no obligations. They only send out automatic e-mails. I doubt they ever pay the 1000$ and I doubt they do anything to help you get your luggage. Spend your 5$ and your time communicating with them elsewhere.

This company is a SCAM This company is a SCAM. My bag got left at the Munich airport and after 3 days they say that “The bag was loaded on the aircraft and the airlines doesn’t have it so you aren’t eligible”, someone that travelled all the way from Vancouver, Canada to Berlin, Germany was left without her bag for almost her entire trip. No help from this company. It’s interesting how they are more responsive after 72 hours because they know they have to pay after the pay after 96 hours. Btw, not the airline nor this useless company has a response for me. Thank god, I have an AirTag and I can see that it is still at Munich Airport.

My bag didn't arrive in my Layover My bag didn't arrive in my Layover. It was actually, a stop, with a day of shopping and then Check in with another airline. I reported to Blue Ribbon Bags who told me within 1 hour that my bag was booked to my home (as I had asked at the airport) with a flight number. They are amazing, the airport said "our systems aren't working" and the airline's app "don't recognize that report number". I'll buy this service every time again, it was just 5 bucks, crazy!
