My entire transaction or rather failed… My entire transaction or rather failed transaction all had a very shady feel to it. I was making a booking on the Air Canada site and VoyagesBooth somehow stole that booking and pushed me through their processes. It was seemless and I wrongly assumed they were a partner of some sort. Hours after the booking I received an email starting my payment was declined and wanted a different card. Funds were not the issue. They claim my card, issued by a local bank, was in fact issued from France and therefore they could not process a payment for a flight originating in Canada. I spoke with Mastercard and they confirmed my card was Canadian and encouraged me to work directly with Air Canada. From there I had no issues and now have the confirmed flight booked and paid for. I wont be using this company for any future bookings.

Same experiences as the other one star… Same experiences as the other one star ratings. Booked online and within 5 minutes received a call suggesting I change my original reservation to another airline for further savings. I declined the offer and the agent stated my E-tickets would be sent to my Email address within 30 minutes. As of this morning, no tickets were in my Email's In box or Junk folder. My gut feeling told me this was a scam as the price was "to good to be true". It was. I immediately canceled my booking but not without resistance from the agent. I was well within the 24 hour cancelation window. I was lucky for the booking was still on hold and my credit card was not charged yet. I called the credit card company and had my card deactivated. This site seems to cater to seniors and like another post, Voyages "hijacked" me from my airline site to the Voyages site. Very slickly done! Do not believe the 5 star ratings as my gut tells me those reviews are posted by Voyages employees. The syntax is bad and they sound like advertisements. Please, DO NOT book anything through this site. I got lucky.
