GBPurchased tickets over the internet and… Purchased tickets over the internet and my tickets are $260.00 for 2 tickets. They sent me an email saying my tickets will come in another email shortly. A few weeks went by and I never received it. I called them and said, they never booked it... They booked it and had delta send the confirmation. Then, we get our bill and they charged us $196.00 for service. They charged us 50% of the ticket. I called them and they blamed it on the airlines, that the airlines charges that. What a scam... Buyer beware.. I have used expedia for several years and they never charge us a service fee. They don't even tell you there is a service charge. Terrible customer service. We travel quit often, we will never use this site again. I will tell everyone they are a scam.
