My entire transaction or rather failed… My entire transaction or rather failed transaction all had a very shady feel to it. I was making a booking on the Air Canada site and VoyagesBooth somehow stole that booking and pushed me through their processes. It was seemless and I wrongly assumed they were a partner of some sort. Hours after the booking I received an email starting my payment was declined and wanted a different card. Funds were not the issue. They claim my card, issued by a local bank, was in fact issued from France and therefore they could not process a payment for a flight originating in Canada. I spoke with Mastercard and they confirmed my card was Canadian and encouraged me to work directly with Air Canada. From there I had no issues and now have the confirmed flight booked and paid for. I wont be using this company for any future bookings.

Purchased tickets over the internet and… Purchased tickets over the internet and my tickets are $260.00 for 2 tickets. They sent me an email saying my tickets will come in another email shortly. A few weeks went by and I never received it. I called them and said, they never booked it... They booked it and had delta send the confirmation. Then, we get our bill and they charged us $196.00 for service. They charged us 50% of the ticket. I called them and they blamed it on the airlines, that the airlines charges that. What a scam... Buyer beware.. I have used expedia for several years and they never charge us a service fee. They don't even tell you there is a service charge. Terrible customer service. We travel quit often, we will never use this site again. I will tell everyone they are a scam.
