GBI'd definitely use this site again for business and vacation I like the simplicity of the interface for this travel site. I have used it for both business and for my vacation plans. Their hotel rates are the best I've found and the customer service has been excellent as well.

GBHORRIBLE FRAUD! WARN ANYONE TO NEVER USE THEM! I check for a hotel on their website which advertise to have the best price guarantee for $57. I thought that's great so I go ahead and book it and after I put in all my credit card information, it immediately processed $77 WITHOUT SHOWING ME THE PRICE FIRST. I was like what happened and how could it suddenly be $20 MORE coz I would have booked with someone else who offered $65. I called the company and they DO NOT CARE and said the supervisor was Britney and the agent name was Laura E. who insisted that they will charge me $10 for MESSING ME UP AND WASTING MY TIME TO BOOK WITH THEM and NOW I STILL HAVE TO WASTE MORE TIME BY CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! WARN everyone about this FRAUD!

CARoomstays-Bad Experience I was booking rooms for a funeral; thought I was phoning customer service for the actual hotel but turns out it was Roomstays (which is not identified on hotel website nor when speaking with a service agent). Had to cancel the rooms due to illness and phoned hotel directly because I thought booking was direct. Hotel phoned me back to say I had booked with Expedia and had to call them directly which I did. Room charges were reversed however was hit with a $500 charge that Roomstays says I also booked on their website and didn't cancel so am responsible for. I did not do this booking, nor receive any confirmation other than the 2 rooms that I cancelled. Visa has reversed the charges, I have sent a letter to the hotel's customer service dept and will be filing a report with Consumer Services. Stay FAR AWAY from any dealings with this company. I recommend you phone the hotel directly as often as possible.

CACLOSE A FRAUD I USED THIS COMPANY INADVERTENTLY AS I THOUGHT I WAS ON THE HOTEL SITE. BOOKED IT IN CANADA AT A CANADIAN HOTEL BUT WAS CHARGED IN US DOLLARS. PLUS WHEN I DID GO TO THE CORRECT SITE THE PRICE WAS LESS AND COMPLETELY REFUNDABLE.JUDGING BY THE FEEDBACK ON THE WEB THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.TOO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CAUGHT LIKE ME.

GBTotal scam on service fees I'm out $10, but if I'd bothered to check internet reviews, I would have been warned. My only hope is this site goes out of business sooner than later.
