An awful company not to be trusted Their paid google search result brought up the hotel that I THOUGHT was correct. But only after receiving the confirmation email did I realize it was in the wrong city. Actually, the wrong state. Even though I was willing to book the correct room through them, they refused to refund the full rate for the mistaken reservation. Basically, they would accept nothing less than charging for both rooms. NEVER use this site. Their "no refund ever" policy is simply unacceptable.

Great Site! Though this website I got a great deal on the Sheraton by the Baltimore Airport. Very user friendly, and I had no problems with my reservation or with my hotel. I would definitely recommend this site!

Total scam on service fees I'm out $10, but if I'd bothered to check internet reviews, I would have been warned. My only hope is this site goes out of business sooner than later.

Stay away! I used it to stay at a hotel for 2 nights my bill was $175.31. When I looked at my credit card bill they charged me twice one was $188.65 and an other one for $11.95. When I called they told me that in there terms of use states that they can charge me fees for using there service. I told them that on my bill there was a 39.07 user fee already part of the invoice. She told me that they can charge me more and that is that because it is in the terms of use! Stay away from them. And stick with the real sites. If it is to good to be true then it just might be.

I'd definitely use this site again for business and vacation I like the simplicity of the interface for this travel site. I have used it for both business and for my vacation plans. Their hotel rates are the best I've found and the customer service has been excellent as well.
