PLLost 2000+ USD - No tickets They couldn't issue a ticket, they cancelled last minute and now they are not responding to my return requests. Over 2000 USD lost. Unfortunately it seems like they are scammers.

GBI have a spa in Marina del Rey I have a spa in Marina del Rey, Ca . Before I changed to booker I had mangomit . I regret every day of my life changing the company. Booker system is the most horrible and most stressful system you can have. My card reader never works and my clients are getting so upset when they are making the payment bc I’m making them to wait for me to charge them. They sent me a second card reader and doesn’t work same problem than the old card reader not only that I’m paying 3.50% to charge people manually without the card reader. My company is losing so much money because of that. They said my internet was too weak so I upgraded my internet to a better speed and we still have same issues we had. spectrum technician come down to check everything and now in my spa he said everything runs perfectly and the Internet and they test the speed and everything works great. They told me there’s nothing to do anymore and they believe it’s a problem with the system. I asked them that I want to leave the company bc of all the issues with their system and they said I can’t bc of my 12 months contract. They have not done anything no discount or anything for all the issues with the system. My receptionist wants to leave our company bc she’s tired and frustrated trying to fix this on the phone with the technician. Im losing so much money with this company I upgraded my internet i have the most expensive plan with them $545 a month and only 30% of what I’m paying works. They promised you so many things don’t believe in what they say. There are many good companies offering a good service with better system than this and cheaper. I only hope to break my contract or finish with this nightmare with this company.

ITSCAM I have purchased 2 tickets from Europe to South America in November 2021 to fly on Dec 23rd, made my payment and until then it seemed a proper agency. Very responsive and polite. Once my payment was send the mess started. I have received multiple booking codes not corresponding to actual bookings. When I was receiving the real booking code the reservation was getting cancelled 48hrs after. But this is only the beginning..... I made my way to the airport at 7AM on Dec 23 with my partner to fly South America, we went trough security and once at the gate the tickets were cancelled. We were denied boarding. My girlfriend started to cry since we were waiting for so long for our trip. The agent didn't know what to do and only proposed us a flight 3 days after. Would you wait and trust someone not able to put you on a flight 2 months in advance? We didn’t trust any more and bought tickets ourself for the day after spending 3x the amount. Today, I still not have received a refund and I am pursuing legal actions. DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT AGENTS AND THEY TRY TO BOOK TICKETS WITH COMPANY DISCOUNTS, PURCHASED MILES AND SCAM SCHEMES. UNFORTUNATELY IF THIS DOESN’T WORK YOU END UP NOT FLYING.
