DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM! Initial contact is great, albeit a little slow, but flights were offered and ticket confirmation received, however, BA changed one of the flights, no notification received I only found out when I randomly check "manage my booking", after 10 days of trying to get flights rescheduled through emails (that aren't answered), WhatsApp messages (again not answered) and phone calls (surprise, surprise not answered it's become clear I am not getting the flights and and now being ignored! Further digging on the company that the ticket confirmation came through, Gatsby's Travel Club, LLC, it appears this company was only registered in August 2021, no ATOL certificate or any such thing. Should have stuck to my therory, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great Service, great promotions Great Service, great promotions. Booked a flight with them from Paris to Dubai in Business Class. Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the offer. I’m a risk taker and booked with them my trip. It was an amazing flight as all amenities were given as it wasn’t a mileage ticket but some other redemption promotion. I loved my business class experience especially that their agents are so helpful, they updated me last minute on the latest travel restrictions and kept me in the loop so I wouldn’t face any difficulties with flying back to Paris. Thank You Mark & Adam! Will book with you guys again.

I have a spa in Marina del Rey I have a spa in Marina del Rey, Ca . Before I changed to booker I had mangomit . I regret every day of my life changing the company. Booker system is the most horrible and most stressful system you can have. My card reader never works and my clients are getting so upset when they are making the payment bc I’m making them to wait for me to charge them. They sent me a second card reader and doesn’t work same problem than the old card reader not only that I’m paying 3.50% to charge people manually without the card reader. My company is losing so much money because of that. They said my internet was too weak so I upgraded my internet to a better speed and we still have same issues we had. spectrum technician come down to check everything and now in my spa he said everything runs perfectly and the Internet and they test the speed and everything works great. They told me there’s nothing to do anymore and they believe it’s a problem with the system. I asked them that I want to leave the company bc of all the issues with their system and they said I can’t bc of my 12 months contract. They have not done anything no discount or anything for all the issues with the system. My receptionist wants to leave our company bc she’s tired and frustrated trying to fix this on the phone with the technician. Im losing so much money with this company I upgraded my internet i have the most expensive plan with them $545 a month and only 30% of what I’m paying works. They promised you so many things don’t believe in what they say. There are many good companies offering a good service with better system than this and cheaper. I only hope to break my contract or finish with this nightmare with this company.
