Called Adam up and told him the airline canceled the flight, he was very reactive and got me a new ticket on another flight within few hours. Ended up still getting home to the UK from the UAE before the mandatory Hotel Quarantine. Keep it up! Great service guys....

Great Service, great promotions Great Service, great promotions. Booked a flight with them from Paris to Dubai in Business Class. Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the offer. I’m a risk taker and booked with them my trip. It was an amazing flight as all amenities were given as it wasn’t a mileage ticket but some other redemption promotion. I loved my business class experience especially that their agents are so helpful, they updated me last minute on the latest travel restrictions and kept me in the loop so I wouldn’t face any difficulties with flying back to Paris.
