DO NOT BOOK WITH VAYAMA!!! I've been attempting to secure a refund for a cancelled flight through Vayama for nearly a year and a half. Behind their pleasant emails, Vayama is no better than any other morally corrupt booking agent. They collected the money for my flight ticket, and now hide behind being unable to reach the airline excuse. Just moments ago When after months of silence I sent a follow up email to Vayama to ask about the progress, the response stated they can no longer retrieve my booking. They literally deleted me from their system! Hello Vayama if you're listening, please stop cheating people of their hard earned money and issue the refund

airline tickets I purchased my airline tickets on 02/2020, stil not getting my refund back. Every time I am contacting Vayama Iam talking with a different person, and start this over and over!! Talking about my experience?? I would never purchase anything for this company, I will always write as many reviews as I can so nobody will go through this nightmair. vayama is a fraud I agree with others. This is a fraud company. They cancelled my ticket because of a typo. Then my girlfriend tried to buy the ticket. They took half the money and refused to allow her to pay the rest for the reservation. Now I am hoping to see at least my money back but it may well disappear forever. Do NOT use at any cost. You have been warned.

I booked a flight to Zürich over a year… I booked a flight to Zürich over a year ago for my son and I. Because of Covid our flights got canceled in June. I'm happy to say that we got our money back a few days ago. It took a long time, but I couldn't believe when I saw our refund in the bank account! I almost gave up!

Vayama is a Scam Vayama is a Scam, Same experience as some raised. International flight got cancelled because of COVID. Vayama has been making excuses for about 3 years for my ticket and my family members tickets refunds. Lately they say they are trying to wire the refund but they get errors on our end and kept asking to send them alternative banks account. When contacted the bank the bank requested to ask Vayama to provide a telex confirmation copy of the transfer attempt. Vayama stopped crossponding to my follow up emails. My big learning after years of communication and my family members patient Vayama is a Scam.
