They want me to fly one day earlier on my return from Brazil having to stay for one night in Sao Paulo before the long-haul flight. UNACCEPTABLE. After many emails the only response I get is that nothing can be done, and if I am not happy with the change I should cancel and get the refund. The problem is the same ticket will cost 50% more if I need to buy it again. After a quick search, there is a flight that I could be put in with my family if the change is really necessary, but Vayama is also refusing to do it.

Just moments ago When after months of silence I sent a follow up email to Vayama to ask about the progress, the response stated they can no longer retrieve my booking.
