airline tickets I purchased my airline tickets on 02/2020, stil not getting my refund back. Every time I am contacting Vayama Iam talking with a different person, and start this over and over!! Talking about my experience?? I would never purchase anything for this company, I will always write as many reviews as I can so nobody will go through this nightmair. Please DO NOT EVER BUY ANY AILINE TICKETS FROM VAYAMA!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM My booking has been cancelled by Vayama unilaterally the 14th of March 2023. Today we are the 17th of June 2023 and despite my numerous emails, I still have not been refunded. I sized jurists from the European Consumer Centres Network as this company does not respect my legal rights to be refunded of the booking they cancelled themselves. I advise all the others clients in the same situation to also size the European Consumer Centre of their country to make sure this does not happen to others. If nothing is done, I will get this to the court with the help of the center.

Refund required info I bought tickets 2 years ago through Vayama. Trip was canceled due to Covid. They sent me a few emails throughout the last year and a half saying they were working on the refund. Finally this week they sent an email stating they tried to put the refund back on the debit card I used to buy the tickets. My debit card info has changed since then so Vayama asked for every bank detail: “Refund got rejected to the provided Bank details. We request you to check with your bank and resend all the details mentioned below. Please provide in the same format as mentioned below. Account number: SWIFT: IBAN: Routing number: First name: Last name: Bank name: Bank state: Bank street: Bank city: Beneficiary state: Beneficiary street: Beneficiary City: We can only process your refund when you provide us these exact details. We will start processing your refund after we have received the details.” Has anyone else received this? It seems like a perfect way for them to take anything out of my bank account….I replied to the email and asked them to send me a check instead. They said they cannot.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH VAYAMA DO NOT BUY THROUGH VAYAMA. Would give this a zero rating if possible. My flight got cancelled due to the pandemic and I have been waiting for a refund for months. Called Porter Airlines and they have confirmed that they have refunded Vayama MY money. However, Vayama is consistently making excuses like the refund isn't going through. They refuse to send a check via mail or even provide a valid error message to see why the refund isn't being processed. Now I see I am not the only one. They seem to have pocketed quite a few clients' money during this already difficult time! Shame !

Vayama are crooks Vayama are crooks, I spent about €1065 from Zambia to Ireland. It's been 3 weeks and until now I haven't recieved any comfirmation, contact number or anything. Please dont buy from this agency they are scams and unreliable. Google should take this website down as they continue to scam people despite all the bad reviews.
