IEAvoid this company BIE-4528610 Avoid this company. I bought the ticket well in advance but for the second time, they are trying to change the trip schedule. They want me to fly one day earlier on my return from Brazil having to stay for one night in Sao Paulo before the long-haul flight. UNACCEPTABLE. After many emails the only response I get is that nothing can be done, and if I am not happy with the change I should cancel and get the refund. The problem is the same ticket will cost 50% more if I need to buy it again. After a quick search, there is a flight that I could be put in with my family if the change is really necessary, but Vayama is also refusing to do it.

GBI booked a flight to Zürich over a year… I booked a flight to Zürich over a year ago for my son and I. Because of Covid our flights got canceled in June. I'm happy to say that we got our money back a few days ago. It took a long time, but I couldn't believe when I saw our refund in the bank account! I almost gave up!

CAVayama pffers a truly pathetic… Vayama offers a truly pathetic experience. Their customer service is clueless and lacks human decency. The wait times are huge and they legitimately don't care about you. Pay any other online ticket agent something extra but don't book a ticket with Vayama. I will never do business with Vayama again. Won't recommend. There should be a negative 5 rating for them

JPCompletely unacceptable Completely unacceptable, terrible customer service. Due to a canceled flight I was instructed to work with the air line to get a travel voucher or some kind of refund. The result was the airline and Vayama just pointing me back at each other. No attempt on anyone's part to try to make things right.

COvayama is a fraud I agree with others. This is a fraud company. They cancelled my ticket because of a typo. Then my girlfriend tried to buy the ticket. They took half the money and refused to allow her to pay the rest for the reservation. Now I am hoping to see at least my money back but it may well disappear forever. Do NOT use at any cost. You have been warned.
