So far so good Booked few flights through their site in past and never had an issue. My most recent flight was changed by the airline, successfully managed to reschedule another one for free through Vayama live chat within the same day.

Vayama has been making excuses for about 3 years for my ticket and my family members tickets refunds. Lately they say they are trying to wire the refund but they get errors on our end and kept asking to send them alternative banks account. When contacted the bank the bank requested to ask Vayama to provide a telex confirmation copy of the transfer attempt. Vayama stopped crossponding to my follow up emails. My big learning after years of communication and my family members patient Vayama is a Scam.

I sent a request to the company to transfer these differences, but I could not reach them This is the first time dealing with this company. I am very upset about dealing with them, and I will not deal with them again.
