Payment problems I was trying to book a ticket from Egypt to Cyprus, but they said payment failed and withdrew the money. Now the customer service are not answering the emails at all.

Vayama are crooks Vayama are crooks, I spent about €1065 from Zambia to Ireland. It's been 3 weeks and until now I haven't recieved any comfirmation, contact number or anything. Please dont buy from this agency they are scams and unreliable. Google should take this website down as they continue to scam people despite all the bad reviews.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH VAYAMA DO NOT BUY THROUGH VAYAMA. Would give this a zero rating if possible. My flight got cancelled due to the pandemic and I have been waiting for a refund for months. Called Porter Airlines and they have confirmed that they have refunded Vayama MY money. However, Vayama is consistently making excuses like the refund isn't going through. They refuse to send a check via mail or even provide a valid error message to see why the refund isn't being processed. Now I see I am not the only one. They seem to have pocketed quite a few clients' money during this already difficult time! Shame !

Avoid this company BIE-4528610 Avoid this company. I bought the ticket well in advance but for the second time, they are trying to change the trip schedule. They want me to fly one day earlier on my return from Brazil having to stay for one night in Sao Paulo before the long-haul flight. UNACCEPTABLE. After many emails the only response I get is that nothing can be done, and if I am not happy with the change I should cancel and get the refund. The problem is the same ticket will cost 50% more if I need to buy it again. After a quick search, there is a flight that I could be put in with my family if the change is really necessary, but Vayama is also refusing to do it.

Then told I would be refunded between 2 to 10 days, its now 12 days and they are now saying it could be 20 days. Can't rebook until I have refund, shocking treatment as its first ever trip for family to visit relatives since bereavement
