I booked a flight to Zürich over a year… I booked a flight to Zürich over a year ago for my son and I. Because of Covid our flights got canceled in June. I'm happy to say that we got our money back a few days ago. It took a long time, but I couldn't believe when I saw our refund in the bank account! I almost gave up!

Talking about my experience?? I would never purchase anything for this company, I will always write as many reviews as I can so nobody will go through this nightmair. DO NOT BOOK WITH VAYAMA!!! I've been attempting to secure a refund for a cancelled flight through Vayama for nearly a year and a half. Behind their pleasant emails, Vayama is no better than any other morally corrupt booking agent. They collected the money for my flight ticket, and now hide behind being unable to reach the airline excuse. Just moments ago When after months of silence I sent a follow up email to Vayama to ask about the progress, the response stated they can no longer retrieve my booking. They literally deleted me from their system! Hello Vayama if you're listening, please stop cheating people of their hard earned money and issue the refund

Flight Refunded Fully 14 Months Later My flight was cancelled due to COVID March 2020 and now, May 2021, I am in the process of receiving a full refund for a flight I had assumed I had lost $700 on. Truly grateful for the customer service 🙏🏻

So far so good Booked few flights through their site in past and never had an issue. My most recent flight was changed by the airline, successfully managed to reschedule another one for free through Vayama live chat within the same day.
