Payment problems I was trying to book a ticket from Egypt to Cyprus, but they said payment failed and withdrew the money. Now the customer service are not answering the emails at all.

Today Today, I purchased a flight ticket from Cairo to Dubai, and an hour later, I searched for the same ticket again, and I was surprised that the price was cheaper than the price of the ticket that was purchased an hour earlier. I sent a request to the company to transfer these differences, but I could not reach them This is the first time dealing with this company. I am very upset about dealing with them, and I will not deal with them again.

Talking about my experience?? I would never purchase anything for this company, I will always write as many reviews as I can so nobody will go through this nightmair. Flight Refunded Fully 14 Months Later My flight was cancelled due to COVID March 2020 and now, May 2021, I am in the process of receiving a full refund for a flight I had assumed I had lost $700 on. Truly grateful for the customer service 🙏🏻

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DECEITFUL BUSINESS. Booked a trip for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and then Covid-19 cancelled everything. Promised refunds awaiting Air Canada release of funds. Ya sure. Liars! Over 2 years. Still contacting and they say they are still waiting. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
