GBRefund required info I bought tickets 2 years ago through Vayama. Trip was canceled due to Covid. They sent me a few emails throughout the last year and a half saying they were working on the refund. Finally this week they sent an email stating they tried to put the refund back on the debit card I used to buy the tickets. My debit card info has changed since then so Vayama asked for every bank detail: “Refund got rejected to the provided Bank details. We request you to check with your bank and resend all the details mentioned below. Please provide in the same format as mentioned below. Account number: SWIFT: IBAN: Routing number: First name: Last name: Bank name: Bank state: Bank street: Bank city: Beneficiary state: Beneficiary street: Beneficiary City: We can only process your refund when you provide us these exact details. We will start processing your refund after we have received the details.” Has anyone else received this? It seems like a perfect way for them to take anything out of my bank account….I replied to the email and asked them to send me a check instead. They said they cannot.

GBI booked a flight to Zürich over a year… I booked a flight to Zürich over a year ago for my son and I. Because of Covid our flights got canceled in June. I'm happy to say that we got our money back a few days ago. It took a long time, but I couldn't believe when I saw our refund in the bank account! I almost gave up!

COvayama is a fraud I agree with others. This is a fraud company. They cancelled my ticket because of a typo. Then my girlfriend tried to buy the ticket. They took half the money and refused to allow her to pay the rest for the reservation. Now I am hoping to see at least my money back but it may well disappear forever. Do NOT use at any cost. You have been warned.

IEVayama are crooks Vayama are crooks, I spent about €1065 from Zambia to Ireland. It's been 3 weeks and until now I haven't recieved any comfirmation, contact number or anything. Please dont buy from this agency they are scams and unreliable. Google should take this website down as they continue to scam people despite all the bad reviews.

IEwaiting for my 3grand back I decided to ignore the bad reviews and assume people made mistakes, big mistake on my part... Booked tickets, paid money, no confirmation email, started to worry. Then a while later I get an email saying booking failed, now I have no plane tickets and no mone. Sitting here watching the bank hoping my 3grand comes back and hoping prices don't go up too much while I wait.
