Booked trip Booked trip, cancelled by vayama and was told it was Airlines fault as price changed. Then told I would be refunded between 2 to 10 days, its now 12 days and they are now saying it could be 20 days. Can't rebook until I have refund, shocking treatment as its first ever trip for family to visit relatives since bereavement

Refund required info I bought tickets 2 years ago through Vayama. Trip was canceled due to Covid. They sent me a few emails throughout the last year and a half saying they were working on the refund. Finally this week they sent an email stating they tried to put the refund back on the debit card I used to buy the tickets. My debit card info has changed since then so Vayama asked for every bank detail: “Refund got rejected to the provided Bank details. We request you to check with your bank and resend all the details mentioned below. Please provide in the same format as mentioned below. Account number: SWIFT: IBAN: Routing number: First name: Last name: Bank name: Bank state: Bank street: Bank city: Beneficiary state: Beneficiary street: Beneficiary City: We can only process your refund when you provide us these exact details. We will start processing your refund after we have received the details.” Has anyone else received this? It seems like a perfect way for them to take anything out of my bank account….I replied to the email and asked them to send me a check instead. They said they cannot.

Vayama pffers a truly pathetic… Vayama offers a truly pathetic experience. Their customer service is clueless and lacks human decency. The wait times are huge and they legitimately don't care about you. Pay any other online ticket agent something extra but don't book a ticket with Vayama. I will never do business with Vayama again. Won't recommend. There should be a negative 5 rating for them

So far so good Booked few flights through their site in past and never had an issue. My most recent flight was changed by the airline, successfully managed to reschedule another one for free through Vayama live chat within the same day.

Completely unacceptable Completely unacceptable, terrible customer service. Due to a canceled flight I was instructed to work with the air line to get a travel voucher or some kind of refund. The result was the airline and Vayama just pointing me back at each other. No attempt on anyone's part to try to make things right.
