USDO NOT BOOK WITH VAYAMA!!! I've been attempting to secure a refund for a cancelled flight through Vayama for nearly a year and a half. Behind their pleasant emails, Vayama is no better than any other morally corrupt booking agent. They collected the money for my flight ticket, and now hide behind being unable to reach the airline excuse. Just moments ago When after months of silence I sent a follow up email to Vayama to ask about the progress, the response stated they can no longer retrieve my booking. They literally deleted me from their system! Hello Vayama if you're listening, please stop cheating people of their hard earned money and issue the refund

CRFlight Refunded Fully 14 Months Later My flight was cancelled due to COVID March 2020 and now, May 2021, I am in the process of receiving a full refund for a flight I had assumed I had lost $700 on. Truly grateful for the customer service 🙏🏻

CAVayama pffers a truly pathetic… Vayama offers a truly pathetic experience. Their customer service is clueless and lacks human decency. The wait times are huge and they legitimately don't care about you. Pay any other online ticket agent something extra but don't book a ticket with Vayama. I will never do business with Vayama again. Won't recommend. There should be a negative 5 rating for them

CADO NOT BUY THROUGH VAYAMA DO NOT BUY THROUGH VAYAMA. Would give this a zero rating if possible. My flight got cancelled due to the pandemic and I have been waiting for a refund for months. Called Porter Airlines and they have confirmed that they have refunded Vayama MY money. However, Vayama is consistently making excuses like the refund isn't going through. They refuse to send a check via mail or even provide a valid error message to see why the refund isn't being processed. Now I see I am not the only one. They seem to have pocketed quite a few clients' money during this already difficult time! Shame !

USI booked a flight to Zürich over a year… I booked a flight to Zürich over a year ago for my son and I. Because of Covid our flights got canceled in June. I'm happy to say that we got our money back a few days ago. It took a long time, but I couldn't believe when I saw our refund in the bank account! I almost gave up!
