airline tickets I purchased my airline tickets on 02/2020, stil not getting my refund back. Every time I am contacting Vayama Iam talking with a different person, and start this over and over!! Talking about my experience?? I would never purchase anything for this company, I will always write as many reviews as I can so nobody will go through this nightmair. Please DO NOT EVER BUY ANY AILINE TICKETS FROM VAYAMA!!!

Refund required info I bought tickets 2 years ago through Vayama. Trip was canceled due to Covid. They sent me a few emails throughout the last year and a half saying they were working on the refund. Finally this week they sent an email stating they tried to put the refund back on the debit card I used to buy the tickets. My debit card info has changed since then so Vayama asked for every bank detail: “Refund got rejected to the provided Bank details. We request you to check with your bank and resend all the details mentioned below. Please provide in the same format as mentioned below. Account number: SWIFT: IBAN: Routing number: First name: Last name: Bank name: Bank state: Bank street: Bank city: Beneficiary state: Beneficiary street: Beneficiary City: We can only process your refund when you provide us these exact details. We will start processing your refund after we have received the details.” Has anyone else received this? It seems like a perfect way for them to take anything out of my bank account….I replied to the email and asked them to send me a check instead. They said they cannot.

DO NOT BOOK WITH VAYAMA!!! I've been attempting to secure a refund for a cancelled flight through Vayama for nearly a year and a half. Behind their pleasant emails, Vayama is no better than any other morally corrupt booking agent. They collected the money for my flight ticket, and now hide behind being unable to reach the airline excuse. Just moments ago When after months of silence I sent a follow up email to Vayama to ask about the progress, the response stated they can no longer retrieve my booking. They literally deleted me from their system! Hello Vayama if you're listening, please stop cheating people of their hard earned money and issue the refund

Booked trip Booked trip, cancelled by vayama and was told it was Airlines fault as price changed. Then told I would be refunded between 2 to 10 days, its now 12 days and they are now saying it could be 20 days. Can't rebook until I have refund, shocking treatment as its first ever trip for family to visit relatives since bereavement

Vayama are crooks Vayama are crooks, I spent about €1065 from Zambia to Ireland. It's been 3 weeks and until now I haven't recieved any comfirmation, contact number or anything. Please dont buy from this agency they are scams and unreliable. Google should take this website down as they continue to scam people despite all the bad reviews.
