IEBooked trip Booked trip, cancelled by vayama and was told it was Airlines fault as price changed. Then told I would be refunded between 2 to 10 days, its now 12 days and they are now saying it could be 20 days. Can't rebook until I have refund, shocking treatment as its first ever trip for family to visit relatives since bereavement

JPCompletely unacceptable Completely unacceptable, terrible customer service. Due to a canceled flight I was instructed to work with the air line to get a travel voucher or some kind of refund. The result was the airline and Vayama just pointing me back at each other. No attempt on anyone's part to try to make things right.

USHORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DECEITFUL BUSINESS. Booked a trip for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and then Covid-19 cancelled everything. Promised refunds awaiting Air Canada release of funds. Ya sure. Liars! Over 2 years. Still contacting and they say they are still waiting. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

IEwaiting for my 3grand back I decided to ignore the bad reviews and assume people made mistakes, big mistake on my part... Booked tickets, paid money, no confirmation email, started to worry. Then a while later I get an email saying booking failed, now I have no plane tickets and no mone. Sitting here watching the bank hoping my 3grand comes back and hoping prices don't go up too much while I wait.
