GBOrlando Golf Get Away GolfThere did a good job - Disney let us down. We played the Palms and Magnolia courses at Disney and they were in horrific condition. I should have known from the start when I found no TP in the men's room before teeing off that it was not going to be a good day. Orange County National and Champions Gate were beautiful courses. Wish we would have played there all 4 days. Eagle Creek out near the airport was worse than Disney. We were surprised there weren't cattle grazing on the fairways.

GBTom, Jeff, Steve Accommodation's were great! Carrolwood & Westchase courses were awesome..... But the Northdale Golf was horrible and should never be in another package you sell!!

GBPalm Springs via Alabama sales I feel like I drastically overpaid ( event breakdown was top secret) and never once got contacted as to how things were going or how they went. Courses were good to v good, hotel was fair.

GBattention to detail could have been better We arrived on Sunday and the office was closed. We had not been warned of the closing time. Only cleaning staff was present and we had to call a phone number (on the door) to get a combination to the lock box. The house was new to the inventory and some damage was present. The courses were at least twenty minutes away depending ontrafic and time of day.

GBPoor customer service We had to contact our sales person numerous times to check on if everything was ok. When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were advised that our reservation had been canceled because we hadn't paid for the hotel and two rounds of golf. We had given our salesperson our credit card for the charges. His excuse was we never answered the emails he sent which we never received. He had our cell phone numbers which he never called. Thankfully our reservations could be rebooked as it was early in the season.
