Beautiful, well-maintained course, but too far from resort The course was beautiful, with many terrific ocean views. It is a well-maintained course, and the staff did much to make the experience an enjoyable one. The one challenge was that the course was too far from the resort at which I was staying (one-hour commute). There were many other options locally, but I didn't know that. The sales person should have.

poor communications poor reponse to e-mails and phone calls failure to check to see if rooms for golfers as requested i ran the outing and was put in a small bedroom as part of larger room after much complaing they put us in hotel type room while the other golfers suite like rooms with kitchen and living room. took forever and after many calls to get the difference in the room rate from golf there, that is why i cut ties with them tony lange

Arizona The price was significantly more than expected, the hotel facilities were average, at best, and one of the courses was in very poor shape and almost unplayable.

Not getting any communication back from… Not getting any communication back from Kevin Walker. He was very responsive upon planning and then once the deposit was received, he is no where to be found. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will not be booking anything ever again with this company. Customer service is terrible...pretty much just took my money and ran.

attention to detail could have been better We arrived on Sunday and the office was closed. We had not been warned of the closing time. Only cleaning staff was present and we had to call a phone number (on the door) to get a combination to the lock box. The house was new to the inventory and some damage was present. The courses were at least twenty minutes away depending ontrafic and time of day.
