Lack Customer Service We went to Orlando. The accommodations were good. The courses were great, we loved them. If the review was based on just the accommodations and courses I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is more to making sure a customer has a good experience them picking a place to stay and the courses. After we booked the trip and it was time to make the final payment, the web site was down and we had to call in our payments. Several of us did this multiple times and our cards were never charged. Follow up phone calls were not answered and not returned. We finally got the payments taken care of when they got the site back up. Once we got to the first course they asked for a voucher. We were never sent any vouchers. Both the course manager and we called and never got an answer or call back. In fact, we never got a call back all weekend. This happened at all four courses we played. Fortunately, the people at the courses let us play and said they would take care of it with Golf There. They also said they have problems with them all the time.

Not getting any communication back from… Not getting any communication back from Kevin Walker. He was very responsive upon planning and then once the deposit was received, he is no where to be found. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will not be booking anything ever again with this company. Customer service is terrible...pretty much just took my money and ran.

Tom, Jeff, Steve Accommodation's were great! Carrolwood & Westchase courses were awesome..... But the Northdale Golf was horrible and should never be in another package you sell!!

Shady We booked our trip a month ago and paid our deposit fully. Today we enquirer about when the rest of our money was due and they immediately refunded our credit cards and said the trip was never booked. Shady

I requested a golf trip for 16 golfers … I requested a golf trip for 16 golfers in Tucson AZ. GOLF THERE said they would give me an itinerary if I paid $100. After multiple emails that went unanswered. I asked for a refund 6 months before our trip, which they advertise if not satisfied with there service. GOLF THERE said they would keep my $100 and they have my credit card on file. They were going to charge for unused tee times, I called the golf courses and they had no tee times scheduled.GOLF THERE said they would charge for unused hotel rooms. I called the hotel there were no reservations for our group. DO NT USE GOLF THERE!!! You can do the same trip on your own for half their price..
