Palm Springs via Alabama sales I feel like I drastically overpaid ( event breakdown was top secret) and never once got contacted as to how things were going or how they went. Courses were good to v good, hotel was fair.

FEELS like A SCAM We booked for a golf package to go to New Orleans for Oct 2018. This has been planned and booked since April 2018. Deposits have been paid since May 2018. However since then we have had nothing but a serious lack of customer service. Their website payment management has been down for upgrades since July 2018 rerouting customers to call in order to pay via phone to ensure our trip is in line with terms and conditions, full payment 40 days out, which we all did. However as of now with three weeks from flying out, none of our cards have been charged even though our group lead has called and emailed numorous times to confirm, our vouchers have not been received, this feels like a total scam. This service is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED if you want COMPETENT SERVICE. Avoid like the plague.

Poor customer service We had to contact our sales person numerous times to check on if everything was ok. When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were advised that our reservation had been canceled because we hadn't paid for the hotel and two rounds of golf. We had given our salesperson our credit card for the charges. His excuse was we never answered the emails he sent which we never received. He had our cell phone numbers which he never called. Thankfully our reservations could be rebooked as it was early in the season.

Robert Trent Jones Trail Vacation Although I did a lot of homework and send them a detailed spreadsheet of what course I wanted to play on which days, along with which hotels I wanted to stay at, it took them 3 attempts to send me an accurate quote. They either were missing certain courses, had me playing on wrong dates, or having me staying in wrong cities. A real mess.

Shady We booked our trip a month ago and paid our deposit fully. Today we enquirer about when the rest of our money was due and they immediately refunded our credit cards and said the trip was never booked. Shady
