AUCommunication non-existant I had been booked to go on a cruise to Canada/Alaska and paid the deposit in July 2022. In December I received an email to say the cruise was cancelled - no explanation - and that I could book another cruise on offer or get a refund. They sent the other cruise details but no costing. I requested the costing 3 times- no reply. I then took the option to get a refund - still no reply. I contacted them again in January and finally received confirmation of my cancellation. Later in January they sent an email out relating to a cruise they were offering - exactly the same as the one I had originally booked with the same dates and again with no costing. Also still waiting for my refund that they have now had for 7 months and apparently not likely to see until March. This is an absolute disgrace and if I could give this company a negative rating I would.

AUAppalling service I'm appalled at the lack of customer service of this company. Still waiting on refund from cancelled cruise in April. I understood they would be inundated and waited patiently for the initially advised 12 - 15 weeks then was advised by the cruise company they had refunded our fare in July! This borders on theft, in my opinion. I will never use this company again, even though until now I was a frequent customer.

AUcruise 1st cancellation nightmare I booked a cruise tour package with them, they cancelled because MSC cancelled it. I have been fighting for over 3 months to get a refund as they are taking hefty cancellation costs. I did not cancel the cruise. Very disappointing. A nightmare.

GBDo not use cruise 1st had my money not… Do not use cruise 1st had my money not interested in customer service sorting out my inquiry royal Caribbean price promise guarantee lower price speaks to travel agent who don’t want to know you. First time cruise and last time I be going and booking with them.

AURude staff and inaccurate information Over the years I have booked many cruises both in Australia and overseas with Cruise1st but after my telephone call with them today I will never use them again. The woman I spoke to was very rude and condescending and continually spoke over the top of me. She gave me lots of false information and when I told her that the information she had just given me was in complete contrast to an email I had from Cruise1st 4 months previously she said that wasn’t her problem as she hadn’t sent the email.....Really . Never again.
