We flew an international and domestic… We flew an international and domestic flight with Delta and found it all very easy and smooth although Altlanta airport was a bit of a nightmare before Chrsitmas! Staff, plane and food were excellent and gluten free options were Ok too. Films, entertainment were very good and everything worked. Had a last minute gate change/ short delay but other than that no problems at all.

Easy to change the ticket name! I wanted to change the name of the passenger on my ticket and so I reached out to the help chat on Delta's website. EJ helped me after I was forwarded to them through the chat bot and the interaction was super streamlined and easy. I filled out a short form with the name change and then it was done, just like that! No fee, no waiting days, absolutely amazing. For United Airlines, to do the same thing, I talked with an agent for 30 minutes for them to tell me to request a refund that I may not even be qualified for and then buy another ticket. So, I am very satisfied with Delta's customer service and system.

Awesome Customer Service 3 out 3 times today I got great customer service. I made a terrible mistake and Delta so kindly resolved the issue all three times I called. 1st I said I'll call back to check with what the discount travel site would do (nothing). 2nd phone got disconnected. 3rd it all worked out. All 3 customer service very nice and were able to offer a solution to my mistake, but I only remembered to ask at the end for Brianna's name She completed the home run of excellence.

Without a doubt the worst airline i… Without a doubt the worst airline i have ever flown on, lost my luggage, complete incompetence and always different dubious stories from different Delta employees when trying to find out where my luggage was and couldn't really give a dam about the distress it can cause, especially when travelling to a remote area that is difficult to find clothes to buy

Poor loyalty program since 2023 Their service on board is EXCELLENT. They offer good food, entertainment, and information. I used to love Delta but their new Skymiles program benefits only rich people. It's MUCH HARDER to earn status. They want to push Delta Vacations (I get better options and prices elsewhere). It's just not worth it. They have also limited benefits from credit cards, which makes it even less worth it to travel with them. Why bother?
