Reservations with AirportParking.com… Reservations with AirportParking.com always is always working out for me. Even for me, a senior, the process is easy to understand and follow. I have been using AirportParking.com for several years and don't remember ever having a problem. Even changing dates worked easy and well. One thing I would recommend is to make your reservation as early as possible. because 1) the rates are more reasonable and 2) you will secure a spot at the location of your choice. Horrible system Horrible system. I purchased a pass an hour before checking. Never got an email and yes I know where to look, (I got an MS in computer science). I had to pay at the parking because never got it. It took 20 mins to get hold of someone and because it was passed the check in they won’t refund me and the lady with the asian accent hung up on me.

TAXI OR SHUTTLE SERVICE, CHECK RATES! Rodeway Inn Nashville has cheaper parking rates than most others but there is no disclosure regarding their shuttle service. When we arrived, we were told the ride to the airport is $35 and expected this would cover picking us up for the return shuttle. Picking us up went well for the return, but then we were told for the "taxi service" on return would be be another $35. None of this taxi service was disclosed at the time of our parking reservation. We will never use them again. No disclosure regards "taxi" service.

Another ripped off customer here Another ripped off customer here. I use their service. I went to the hotel they sent me to and the hotel said they had no spots available to to call Way. So, I did and I was on hold for almost 2 hours to get another spot. I could not wait any longer with a flight to catch. So I had to park elsewhere. I emailed them and they told me to send a receipt of where I parked, so I did. But because it didn't have the total I paid for the parking, which was cheaper than them, they would not refund me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off if they get a chance. You can call the hotels around the airport directly and most will have a park and ride service, and you will pay less than using these guys. And they go by MANY names, the one that comes up the most is "cheapest airport parking"...which is a lie to begin with. DONT USE THEM. You have been warned

Did not get a confirmation email in my… Did not get a confirmation email in my inbox or junk box. There is no way to contact the company via phone as they only provide email. You never get a confirmation number so there is no way to get a refund either. Lost money. Scam.
