GBNo power - no credit for a different day We purchased tickets for the Mount Shasta ski park. The power is out at the resort and they don't know when power will be restored, meaning that the resort is currently closed. However, liftopia says the power may come on at some point during their operating hours today so we cannot transfer our booking to tomorrow. We are not even asking for a refund just to switch to a day when the resort is open with power. Very frustrating, I would not recommend making the purchase with liftopia.

CAAmerican company selling Canadian lift tickets in US dollars. Misleading consumers First off shame on me for not checking the fine print in the FAQ sheet. However i stupidly assumed that since i was purchasing lift tickets for a Canadian owned and operated resort that the price would be charged on my credit card in Canadian funds. NOT So, imagine my surprise after clicking on complete transaction that my tickets had been converted to US. No discount here in fact i ended up paying more. Liftopia took my complaint but that was it, no credit. Never ever using their service again. Liftopia you need to be more transparent and clearly state that all transactions are in US before we hit the purchase button.

GBRude customer service, unacceptable!! During an online live chat with Liftopia representatives at least four times in the past month, the chat was ended early on me 2x while my questions were not yet answered and I was still typing. They are defensive when I questioned their policies/rules. Obviously a money hungry company who doesn't value their customers........ Absolutely sickening

GBUnless you are a clairvoyant resort prices may be cheaper. I recently had to leave a resort early and everyone refunded the unused portion of what I had purchased. The hotel waived its refund policy without me asking. Rental people only charged me for one day. Liftopia would not even allow me to change the date. They will only do anything if you know about unforseen circumstances two full days in advance! 103Granted a cancellation may cost Liftopia something, but not the full price. Don't take the chance of having to pay much more than the resort price.

GBDissapointing response to Covid-19 Dissapointing response to Covid-19. Solitude Resort is giving ticket refunds for early closing due to Covid-19. Because ticket was purchased for Solitude through Liftopia, no refund will be given, only credit yet they say in their blog they are following resort policy. I have used them for 4 years with no problem but have never had to cancel. This is poor customer service.
