GBNot sure why would you want to use that site Not sure why would you want to use that site. The prices here identical to the prices on the individual mountain websites. They are comparing their prices to the ticket window prices which is not exactly apples and oranges as mountain websites have identical discounts. On top of that there is more restrictions on the liftopia as oppose to mountain website (cancellation/refund). As on lifttopia no refunds. The mountain would refund if you bought there directly but would not refund if bought on liftopia

GBSCAM SCAM My father wanted to get my children a gift card to a water park at a ski resort for Christmas. He tried to purchase it directly from the ski resort but accidentally got it from Liftopia. When he spoke to them they falsely represented themselves as the ski resort and told him that the gift card would work at the water park. It turns out that the water park does not except Liftopia gift cards. We have attempted to contact Liftopia several times and they will not give him a refund. Liftopia is clearly not a reputable company. We are not wealthy people and lossing $350 to these crooks is a substantial financial blow this time of year.

GBDissapointing response to Covid-19 Dissapointing response to Covid-19. Solitude Resort is giving ticket refunds for early closing due to Covid-19. Because ticket was purchased for Solitude through Liftopia, no refund will be given, only credit yet they say in their blog they are following resort policy. I have used them for 4 years with no problem but have never had to cancel. This is poor customer service.

GBLiftopia is AWESOME I read 65% of the reviews and it is all people who made mistakes and blamed their mistakes on liftopia it seems. Read what you are buying and follow the instructions. Liftopia saved me a ton of money ($250 saved on a 5 day trip) and was easier than purchasing tickets from Loveland!. I used them last year and am on the computer right now buying for this year, although they do not have Loveland yet it seems. I recommended them to everyone going on our trip this year.

GBRude customer service, unacceptable!! During an online live chat with Liftopia representatives at least four times in the past month, the chat was ended early on me 2x while my questions were not yet answered and I was still typing. They are defensive when I questioned their policies/rules. Obviously a money hungry company who doesn't value their customers........ Absolutely sickening
