GBGreat service My girlfriend and I had planned a New Year's Eve ski trip and purchased lift tickets well in advance at a great discount. Due to a death in the family we had to cancel and Liftipia offered a full refund with minimal hassle. A special thanks to the woman who helped us, Shauntel. Our experience should be what all customer service departments should strive for.

GBFantastic deals. I've used Liftopia in the past for single day lift tickets. Yes, there can be a lot of rules, but if you know what you want you can save loads. I just got their Mountain Collective pass - this looks like an absolutely fantastic deal. I will probably only make it two (maybe three) of the resorts, but should still save plenty See you in the pow.

GBEvan Reece is a P.O.S. First and foremost: for everyone who's struggling with Liftopia's customer service, simply dispute the charges with your credit card. I won't reiterate what everyone else is saying regarding their poor customer service because it's not actually their fault. It is actually their P.O.S. CEO Evan Reece's fault. Instead of doing the right thing during a time of crisis, Evan directed all accounts to be frozen and issued credits when money is what people are needing right now during this pandemic. Well unfortunately this horrible decision is backfiring since they are going to lose all credibility and we will NEVER use their services again. The icing on the cake is how horribly Evan Reece and the rest of Liftopia's C-Suite "professionals" are laying off their employees. History will not look down upon your decisions kindly.

CAAmerican company selling Canadian lift tickets in US dollars. Misleading consumers First off shame on me for not checking the fine print in the FAQ sheet. However i stupidly assumed that since i was purchasing lift tickets for a Canadian owned and operated resort that the price would be charged on my credit card in Canadian funds. NOT So, imagine my surprise after clicking on complete transaction that my tickets had been converted to US. No discount here in fact i ended up paying more. Liftopia took my complaint but that was it, no credit. Never ever using their service again. Liftopia you need to be more transparent and clearly state that all transactions are in US before we hit the purchase button.

GBSCAM SCAM My father wanted to get my children a gift card to a water park at a ski resort for Christmas. He tried to purchase it directly from the ski resort but accidentally got it from Liftopia. When he spoke to them they falsely represented themselves as the ski resort and told him that the gift card would work at the water park. It turns out that the water park does not except Liftopia gift cards. We have attempted to contact Liftopia several times and they will not give him a refund. Liftopia is clearly not a reputable company. We are not wealthy people and lossing $350 to these crooks is a substantial financial blow this time of year.
