PHTheir Customer Service Works I booked an international roundtrip flights and got a message that the eTicket will be available within 24 hours. I messaged their customer support after the said time frame and got a message that the airline can't confirm the booking. I was just frantic about the bad reviews but still gave it time. They actually replied within minutes via email in my spam box. Given that the "cheap" tickets were not reserved, I still appreciate that somebody followed up.

CAIt seems that leaving a negative review… It seems that leaving a negative review gets a quicker response than writing to support. I have a voucher that expires in 2 days - It now states invalid. I have $2k left from my 2020 REFUND which I now cannot use at all. Aside from this issue, each time in the past I've attempted to use the voucher, the flight is always 'NO longer available' or Im advised after the fact, that the price has gone up. I need this rectified. Its been 2 years of my life dealing with your company - I wish to GOD I could get that time back. UPDATE: Skytours has reinstated my credit - Thank you Skytours.

NOAbsolutely the worst booking experience… Absolutely the worst booking experience ever. Paid extra for online check-in… and it doesn’t work. I have received no e-mail with iterenary. Terrible user interface. Terrible customer experience. Never booking with them again. Update: Had to manully check in both ways. Not what I paid for.

GBI need to say that Fabiola is an… I need to say that Fabiola is an excellent and professional customer care. She helped me since more than 2 years to help with my flights during the pandemic and I just received my voucher from her to book a brand new flight for France. She definitely deserve a reward from Sky tours and I will continue to work with Sky tours in the future. Much appreciated Fabiola. Kindest Regards, Eric

GBNo Reimbursement After Canceled Flight One of the flights on my trips was canceled and 8 months later I have not been reimbursed. They have insisted they cannot send a check, that my banking numbers aren't correct and that I cannot speak to them by phone. I have emailed 6 separate individuals that I worked with through my booking and travel process and still have not been reimbursed.
