CANo communication, avoid Similar to other users, I booked some last minute travel through SkyTours (booked on Feb 7, 2023 for travel on Feb 9, 2023). It is now less than 24 hours to takeoff, and I have not received any confirmation from SkyTours on whether I am booked or not. I cannot check-in to my flight, and have had zero luck on them getting back to me, after multiple attempts at calling and sending an email request. Not sure if I should make alternate travel arrangements... avoid them.

GBScam Website I booked a ticket from Amsterdam to Mexico City more than two days ago. My flight is tomorrow, and I still have received no confirmation from sky tours. I have called, submitted an email ticket and tried chat with zero response from customer service. Now I will have to book another ticket and waste hundreds of dollars. Please never book with this company.

PHTheir Customer Service Works I booked an international roundtrip flights and got a message that the eTicket will be available within 24 hours. I messaged their customer support after the said time frame and got a message that the airline can't confirm the booking. I was just frantic about the bad reviews but still gave it time. They actually replied within minutes via email in my spam box. Given that the "cheap" tickets were not reserved, I still appreciate that somebody followed up.

NOAbsolutely the worst booking experience… Absolutely the worst booking experience ever. Paid extra for online check-in… and it doesn’t work. I have received no e-mail with iterenary. Terrible user interface. Terrible customer experience. Never booking with them again. Update: Had to manully check in both ways. Not what I paid for.

CAMy husband's tickets got partially… My husband's tickets got partially cancelled without any email notifications. Only found this out by speaking with ANA for my daughter's and my tickets and inquiring more about his tickets. So now he'll be stuck in vietnam instead of flying home to Vancouver with us. We're supposed to have 11+ hours transfer in San Francisco together, and now it'll only be me and my daughter there. Please avoid this agency at all costs. We can't contact them through emails, chats, calls to ask for more info nor refunds.
