CAThis is a scam website This is a scam website. They booked our flight and charged us (sent us confirmation and itinerary even) but then at some point canceled our booking without notifying us. In response, an email was not sent notifying me of the canceled reservation. A charge was made to the card and email with confirmation sent after booking. We had to book a last minute flight home on the day of travel because Sky Tours failed to communicate.

ESWorst service ever...... I would prefer to give no stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service. I booked a flight, was sent confirmation and when (just prior to flying) I checked itinerary, my booking had been cancelled. NO email, NO notification. Tried to call...NO POSSIBILITY to take to anyone. Tried to talk to the chat option online and person/robot left conversation with a simple 'Sorry for the inconvenience' ...Oh and we'll refund but may take up to two weeks. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL.

COPaid for checked-baggage and SkyTour kept the money and had to pay checked baggage at airline counter We purchased our tickets on SkyTour including checked-baggage for our round way trip. At the airport counter the airline (Air Europe) told us checked-baggage was not included so we had to pay it (USD$150 + taxes). We try to connect with Sky Tours on their web, bot and telephone and has not been possible.

CAIt seems that leaving a negative review… It seems that leaving a negative review gets a quicker response than writing to support. I have a voucher that expires in 2 days - It now states invalid. I have $2k left from my 2020 REFUND which I now cannot use at all. Aside from this issue, each time in the past I've attempted to use the voucher, the flight is always 'NO longer available' or Im advised after the fact, that the price has gone up. I need this rectified. Its been 2 years of my life dealing with your company - I wish to GOD I could get that time back. UPDATE: Skytours has reinstated my credit - Thank you Skytours.

ESAuténtica estafa Auténtica estafa, te comienzan dando un buen precio barato...haces todo el proceso y a los dos días tras hacer la reserva te comentan que no se ha podido ejecutar, con el engorro de si te han cobrado o no, si te devuelven etc. (También lamentable skyscanner por trabajar con empresas así) Respuesta a sky-tours: So, 2 days long to check if that fare was sold out?. I don't buy it, sorry! The offer you sent was in a different timetable that I can't assume, so, instead of those fake apologies, do a better job.
