GBNo Reimbursement After Canceled Flight One of the flights on my trips was canceled and 8 months later I have not been reimbursed. They have insisted they cannot send a check, that my banking numbers aren't correct and that I cannot speak to them by phone. I have emailed 6 separate individuals that I worked with through my booking and travel process and still have not been reimbursed.

BETicket could never be confirmed Sky-Tours could never book the flights, which I originally purchased even after asking additional payment to confirm my reservation. I need some evidence right away that Sky-Tours has already refunded my money for my reservation # 7403411. Because 10 working days or even longer to reflect it back on my bank account sounds too long, I cannot believe any more after checking such bad reviews on Sky-Tours, which I agree. Please send me any evidence of your paying back to my account as soon as possible! Update: I could get the full amount refunded already. Thank you. One more star added. It would be better for Sky-Tours to clearly explain the procedure at the beginning and also when you ask the additional payment. Everyone would expect that the ticket could be confirmed quickly at the original price. We all do not want to chase you to get responses.

MXMade an airline ticket purchase - very fishy Made an airline ticket purchase - we were directed from Kayak. Only got a funky confirmation, no airline info Review follow-up: Today, 5 days after the purchase and having filed a clarification with my credit card, the company responded with a valid PNR and airline info. I had requested a refund from Sky tours a couple of hours after the purchase and had not heard from the company until today. I had already made another ticket purchase due to the uncertainty and feeling that I had been scammed.

NOOrdered tickets from Finn.no Ordered tickets from Finn.no. Booking got canceled, happy I check it a few day before flying out. Was flying from Sola SVG - Copenhagen Denmark. I purchased the ticket almost 2 weeks in advance. After 1 week. No answer from ticket nor agent. Completely useless info on their site. No numbers active. Do NOT order from here! Stay away! Rather pay more for a ticket that actually works.

CAMy husband's tickets got partially… My husband's tickets got partially cancelled without any email notifications. Only found this out by speaking with ANA for my daughter's and my tickets and inquiring more about his tickets. So now he'll be stuck in vietnam instead of flying home to Vancouver with us. We're supposed to have 11+ hours transfer in San Francisco together, and now it'll only be me and my daughter there. Please avoid this agency at all costs. We can't contact them through emails, chats, calls to ask for more info nor refunds.
