GBThe website fails to complete my… The website fails to complete my transactions more than 80% of Times attempted. Very frustrating as this is how one takes advantage of American Airlines bonus opportunities with hotels. American Airlines needs to dump this outfit.

KRi sent mail @custmer service. reply asap i sent mail @custmer service several times and text @facebook messenger. no one reply. no one cares. i’m wondering this site is working now? need to check mail (privacy or conceige mail) and reply asap. eventhough already finished communication with hotel, but rocketmiles not doing anything. OMG

GBI have emailed a number of times and… I have emailed a number of times and spoke to, as of today, 16 people and all of them say the technical team is working on it, then I get notified that this is an unknown error and can not be helped. I have used this service as an american airlines member for years without a glitch. This has been going on months! My husband can log in and make reservations fine. American Airlines says they can do nothing! I am unable to reach a person in an executive capacity to help and am told that I am forbidden to speak with a technical team member to help problem solve. I am happy to speak to anyone regarding this problem to help get resolved. The representative last night informed me that I have 3 accounts but offers no solution on how to fix that problem and that tech doesn't know how to either! Please help!

GBBooked a hotel through RocketMiles… Booked a hotel through RocketMiles AAdvantage Hotels Concierge, then immediately had to cancel the booking. I contacted this company to get a refund and they said no, the hotel already charged it and they will not refund. I then quickly called the hotel, and they stated they had NOT charged for the room and a refund was fine because there hadn't been a charge yet on their end. So I called Rocket back and spoke to a different agent, who agreed to cancel and refund the money, but the phone got disconnected in the process. Then I called back again, a different agent, who claimed she didn't see anything in the system. I sent numerous emails and phone calls to no avail. 1.5 months later, I get an email response. This company is a scam and American Airlines should part ways with this company, it is not a quality service.

HKEndless system failure I have been trying multiple times over the past couple months to make AAdvantage hotel reservations, but I always get "Sorry. We are unable to complete this transacton. Please contact us at support @ mail.aadvantagehotesl.com or call +1-773-270-2992". This is the message every time I try to book a stay on AAdvatage hotel program which is operated by RocketMiles. I have been trying to call this number, the agent told me they could not help but ask me to retry, and the agent was super rude and refuse to connect me to technical department. When I try to email this address, what I got is a cold response "please book with hotel direct, there was a system failure with no fix date." which is apparantly wrong as my freinds could book without any issue. Please do reach out to me to disucss a solution, I have been losing tens of thousands of miles and Rocketmiles is also losing revenue. Thank you.
