NLWorst experience ever they scammed me… Worst experience ever they scammed me with fake website pictures and texts from a different hotel. Once I came in hotel nothing was the same, no Pool, no parking space no big gym just 2 fitness things. AND THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND and compensation. Really scammers! I WILL NOT STOP TILL I GET IT BACK

GB* * * High Price - few miles earned * * * Rocketmiles.com has substantially reduced the number of miles you can earn when buying an overpriced hotel room from them. It is no longer worth doing business with them. If you want AAdvantage (American Airline) points go to AAdvantagehotels.com

GBThe website fails to complete my… The website fails to complete my transactions more than 80% of Times attempted. Very frustrating as this is how one takes advantage of American Airlines bonus opportunities with hotels. American Airlines needs to dump this outfit.

GBProblem free booking in italy I'm in the UK and had booked an apartment for 5 nights in Venice during August. After reading trust pilot reviews of Rocket miles I got really nervous that I'd turn up and find I had no booking. I contacted the hotel direct who confirmed my booking, the dates and that it had been pre paid, so would recommend doing that if you're concerned. We had a lovely stay, and the 18k of Avios points turned up in my account within a week of arriving home. So my first experience of using rocket miles has been a positive one, I've never even had to contact them. I wanted to provide a positive review for balance as it looks like that's not been the trend of late.

GBProblem Resolved Had an issue, which led me to post a negative review. However after dealing with Carlos, he took the time to listen to my situation and everything was made right. Carlos could not have been more helpful or kind and I hope this review finds it's way to management. Conversely, Margarit or Margarita, not sure exactly, still remains one of the rudest customer service reps I ever encountered in my life. Regardless, 5 stars thanks to Carlos.
