GBProblem free booking in italy I'm in the UK and had booked an apartment for 5 nights in Venice during August. After reading trust pilot reviews of Rocket miles I got really nervous that I'd turn up and find I had no booking. I contacted the hotel direct who confirmed my booking, the dates and that it had been pre paid, so would recommend doing that if you're concerned. We had a lovely stay, and the 18k of Avios points turned up in my account within a week of arriving home. So my first experience of using rocket miles has been a positive one, I've never even had to contact them. I wanted to provide a positive review for balance as it looks like that's not been the trend of late.

AEDouble charged me I was making a booking in Rome and after I made second booking they double charged me. After I got the email with one more additional room. I have contacted the call center they said very rude that’s my mistake, I did extra booking by mistake and the rate is not refundable. First of all it’s very rude, second I’m not stupid that much to make another booking by mistake, as after you finish with one booking you need to fill all the details again for another reservation and give your payments details again. So i have lost almost 2000$ before traveling and huge huge disappointment in emirates skywards hotel that they are using this service.

KRi sent mail @custmer service. reply asap i sent mail @custmer service several times and text @facebook messenger. no one reply. no one cares. i’m wondering this site is working now? need to check mail (privacy or conceige mail) and reply asap. eventhough already finished communication with hotel, but rocketmiles not doing anything. OMG

GBBooked a hotel through RocketMiles… Booked a hotel through RocketMiles AAdvantage Hotels Concierge, then immediately had to cancel the booking. I contacted this company to get a refund and they said no, the hotel already charged it and they will not refund. I then quickly called the hotel, and they stated they had NOT charged for the room and a refund was fine because there hadn't been a charge yet on their end. So I called Rocket back and spoke to a different agent, who agreed to cancel and refund the money, but the phone got disconnected in the process. Then I called back again, a different agent, who claimed she didn't see anything in the system. I sent numerous emails and phone calls to no avail. 1.5 months later, I get an email response. This company is a scam and American Airlines should part ways with this company, it is not a quality service.

GB* * * High Price - few miles earned * * * Rocketmiles.com has substantially reduced the number of miles you can earn when buying an overpriced hotel room from them. It is no longer worth doing business with them. If you want AAdvantage (American Airline) points go to AAdvantagehotels.com
