Low quality popscience with no integrity I used to love Nat Geo's magazines and read stacks of old issues almost cover to cover back when I assumed that the content was genuine and scientific. The illusion first shattered when I discovered the "Dog Whisperer" TV show that masqueraded abuse as dog training, and saw that Nat Geo just ignored all the damning critique from highly educated actual behaviour specialists, who implored them to stop the show because it is 1. unscientific, and 2. likely to harm many pet dogs as viewers try to emulate Millan's methods from the popular show. Nat Geo continued the show year after year because the show is popular, and because science, ethics and integrity apparently does not matter... all the sciency gloss is just pretend

There are many grammatical errors There are many grammatical errors in the book. It doesn't mention a lot of exceptions. So the students have a lot of questions and it's really difficult for the teacher to handle all of them.

I took NGM for years I took NGM for years . It was so wonderful I could not throw a copy away .I stopped my subscription for several years and last year when I was asked what I wanted for Christmas I said “ NGM subscription . When I returned from Arizona I found three issues waiting . What a disappointment ! No trouble throwing issues away now . Who ever chose to change what was a ” world renown “ magazine ( probably to cut cost ) destroyed a “National Treasure “ ! How sad , thanks for allowing my constructive comment . I have a Gmail on my phone confirming… I have a Gmail on my phone confirming one yr online and print service, but get blocked when try use it. Am told I never had it. Just read it 2 days ago, got code from nat geo to access it, was prevented from entering code, which then expired. I have Gmail proof I have subscription n get daily notifications from Nat Geo, who is now owned by Disney, not google, so y is google preventing me from my nat geo acct, forgive me, but what business is it of URS?
