AUFor a magazine of such standing National Geographic Digital … For a magazine of such standing, I am sorry to say that their digital version service is atrocious ! I have a paid membership which does not allow me to read any articles which are emailed to me on a daily basis. I have tried every single path, to read the articles, to no avail. A total waste of money!!

PHPeople handling subscriptions are a disaster Almost a year ago I paid for a subscription to Nat Geo History. Everything was correct, but from day one they got my address INCORRECT and despite all my complaining e-mails, they have continued to do so for almost a FULL YEAR and I have yet to recieve a single copy. They are apparantly unaccountable for such mistakes and are certainly uncaring, or they would had made things right by now. Read the other reviews with people with similar problems. I feel nothing but frustration and anger for such avoidable incompetence and only wish I could be listened to.

GBDigital membership didnt work; no service Signed up for a paid digital membership: content was good, when I could read it. Every article I tried reading would hit me a paywall popup telling me to subscribe, despite the fact I am was subcribed, logged in, and paying. Sometimes they would go away after waiting a while, sometimes the payway would not go away. Customer service sucks. They don't even respond. Never responded to multiple emails requesting they cancle my membership and stop charging me.. Tired of having my mailbox filled up with stuff I cant read, I clicked unsubscribe. Nat geo site responds 'it may take 10 days' for the system to stop spamming me. 10 days? Hell even junk mail marketing from boner pill salemen will stop immediately when you hit that unsubscribe button.. Nat geo/disney, you suck

UAInspiring Content, but hundreds of ads National Geographic Channel has been a source of awe-inspiring documentaries and educational content. It is my go-to channel to relax. The visuals are stunning, and the storytelling is both informative and engaging. However, the overall experience is marred by the excessive number of advertisements. The frequency and duration of ads interrupt the flow. Sometimes I even forget what I was watching 😀 I understand the importance of ads, but it would be good to balance how often you show them.

KZGood work NG! Difficulties with getting our magazines at our foreign address led to our becoming acquainted with Jodie. She has done a smashing job of seeing that things were set right. Cannot say enough about the wonderful, caring, attentive service we've been given as the details were ironed out. Good work National Geographic!!!
