HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. No customer service. I get passed off to different people now for over a month trying to get my $100 dollars back because I cancelled my trip. What they sell you on is not what you get.

Upon joining GEVC, i received a free trip, We’re by I had to send to casa blanca a check, along with the certificate to the address that was indicated on the certificate. I discover that the address that was provided was not a location and that the parcel was Forwarded back to my post office. Now I’m two days out from The expiration date of getting this information to them and yet no response.” When calling office. How am I to take pleasure in a reward, that is providing inadequate address information As well as no customer service support to rectify the matter. Please can someone from your team call me ASAP.
