GBPaid my activation fee Paid my activation fee. tried to book my week in San Juan. They could not support there end of the contract and would not bend, even a little, to accommodate their inability to honor their published agreement. Luckily I was able to get a refund of my fee.

GBi agree with all the negative reviews i agree with all the negative reviews. they are scammers and cons. I supposedly "won" tickets to go to Disney. After I attended one of those stupid talks... waited 3 days... they refunded my $40... to reserver my talk... THEN I finally get my trip confirmed... requesting a $100 deposit.. that I have to send to them to hold my trip....

GB"Free" travel offered as a "Gift" - Not! "Free" Travel was offered as a "Gift" for listening to a TimeShare presentation. It is more of a punishment. You can only call 60 days after you attend the presentation, you reservation must be for 60 days from the date you call. They will not tell you what property you will stay in until 7-10 days before you travel. The ability to reach them is low. They will call back once for each set of voice mail you leave and the call back was from 1-10 days after I left the message. They charged me more for the "Free" stay then told me the $50 dining card promised was not available. Then told me with email that the $150 entertainment package must be used for certain activities but that those are subject to review after you submit them and the money is not provided but "reimbursed" if you are lucky enough to choose something that "qualified". I tried to cancel the reservation once I became too frustrated that I could not change the date of arrival. No luck - set in stone once they send a "Certificate" out. No refund available for the additional charges (not free) and too bad for me. Net value of sitting through the Timeshare presentation: out 3 hours of two peoples time (not 90 minutes promised), out additional charges for "Free" Hotel stay. No dinner or entertainment value that was promised and a really bad experience with Casablanca telling me it was my fault for not understanding their maze of avoiding delivering on the value promised.

GBUnprofessional and difficult to deal with I called Casablanca express about reservations I had made in December 2023. I was told I would receive a call from a travel agent 45 days prior to my trip date. I called back on April 4 2024 stating I had not heard from anyone about my trip. They told me I had not sent back paperwork confirming my dates so they could no longer honor my original departure date. I did not receive any paperwork from them to sign. The customer service rep was rude and didn’t want to listen to what I (the customer) had to say. She disconnected the call and later called me back. She then connected me to her manager and he was just the same as she was. At the end of the call he was heard making fun of the conversation. Very unprofessional.
