Unprofessional and difficult to deal with I called Casablanca express about reservations I had made in December 2023. I was told I would receive a call from a travel agent 45 days prior to my trip date. I called back on April 4 2024 stating I had not heard from anyone about my trip. They told me I had not sent back paperwork confirming my dates so they could no longer honor my original departure date. I did not receive any paperwork from them to sign. The customer service rep was rude and didn’t want to listen to what I (the customer) had to say. She disconnected the call and later called me back. She then connected me to her manager and he was just the same as she was. At the end of the call he was heard making fun of the conversation. Very unprofessional.

SCAM ALERT We paid to make a reservation, then paid to confirm our dates, but our check to confirm was never cashed and we never received confirmation of our trip dates. I have called 3 times now and told they are a little behind but we would be receiving confirmation within a week.
