After that, they will ask you for an upgrade with $ 100 threatening that your trip will be miserable if you do not upgrade. They also promised us a ticket for two shows in Vegas which I have not seen yet. I tried calling three times but have not received any callback. This is not really a free trip but an awful experience shown by Casablanca Express. They can do it better with honesty and customer service even if they are trying to sell a timeshare. I was considering a timeshare with them, but not anymore. I do not trust this company. They did get my one-time money, but lost my trust and money for the future. I am yet to see how this trip will go, but have zero expectations. Even if I can divert a couple of people from Casablanca, I will be happy.
