These people are master manipulators that try to gaslight you into being okay with all around POOR SERVICE and EMPTY PROMISES. Not to mention the headache it is to even get in contact with someone just to then be treated like you're not a PAYING customer. Absolutely nobody should give this company money and I encourage EVERYONE that has been scammed by these people to take them to small claims court and report them to every outlet possible. This is just the beginning.

SCAM ALERT We paid to make a reservation, then paid to confirm our dates, but our check to confirm was never cashed and we never received confirmation of our trip dates. I have called 3 times now and told they are a little behind but we would be receiving confirmation within a week. It has been 2 months and we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND THEY HAVE OUR MONEY! This appears to be a SCAM.

What a huge waste of my time What a huge waste of my time. Got certificate from attending a travel club presentation. Sent them deposits and booked dates then they would not give my the name of the hotel for my reservation. Finally three weeks before travel I insisted and they still would not give it to me but the said it would be economy class, no pool, and not near the ocean (Puerto Rico). The certificate specifically stated "Travelers Class" but they said NOPE its economy. All they wanted to do was sell me an expensive upgrade to another hotel. Glad I went through all this before I booked my flights. Still took multiple calls to get them to refund my deposit. Very disappointed. Felt scammed.
