What a huge waste of my time What a huge waste of my time. Got certificate from attending a travel club presentation. Sent them deposits and booked dates then they would not give my the name of the hotel for my reservation. Finally three weeks before travel I insisted and they still would not give it to me but the said it would be economy class, no pool, and not near the ocean (Puerto Rico). The certificate specifically stated "Travelers Class" but they said NOPE its economy. All they wanted to do was sell me an expensive upgrade to another hotel. Glad I went through all this before I booked my flights. Still took multiple calls to get them to refund my deposit. Very disappointed. Felt scammed.

I discover that the address that was provided was not a location and that the parcel was Forwarded back to my post office. Now I’m two days out from The expiration date of getting this information to them and yet no response.” When calling office. The reviewers only talk about Linda, Sean or Nicole being great employee’s and nothing about the actual trip!trust pilot, you need to take all these off because they are FAKE.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. No customer service. I get passed off to different people now for over a month trying to get my $100 dollars back because I cancelled my trip. What they sell you on is not what you get.
