GBVery bad handling of the covid… Very bad handling of the covid situation. They were still accepting guests while only essential travel was allowed. And no sympathy for people who couldn't even get into the country of their booking due to flight cancellations. Would never book again.

GBThe most incredibly awful company I've ever dealt with I had a confirmed reservation email which said the instructions to get the keys would be sent within 5 days before the reservation. Reservation was for next day, so I called their office which is in eastern Europe, ignore the local US number on their website, it's misleading. My reservation was again confirmed, I was told I'd get the instructions on how to get the keys for the place later that day. Just before midnight, I received a cancellation email saying the reservation has been cancelled! Called them up this morning and they tell me my payment was declined, and all apartments are now booked! My credit card is fine, my credit card company didn't contact me to let me know there was an attempted charge on my account which they blocked which would be the only explanation given they process payments in eastern Europe. Seems like they had no availability for this 'Confirmed Reservation' and decided to cancel for a make believe payment processing issue. Any self respecting company would contact the customer before cancelling if there was a payment processing issue. Please, please stay as far away from this company as you can, literally the worst, most misleading scam artists I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Will be monitoring my credit card activity closely as I see some unauthorized charges in my future after giving these people my details... Avoid like the plague.

CAWorst experience, bad ethics, do not book with this company! This company is not honest at all. I booked an appartment and had a really poor experience (see bellow). I posted a review and they will not publish it. Furthermore, you clearly see that the only google reviews are from the company itself. Here's the review I posted on their website: Next to the location, I have nothing positive to say about this company. 1. The checkin did not work. We were there before 6pm (which is still check-in time) but had to walk three blocks to get the key out of a key box. The code was not provided in advance so I had to call them. If you don't have a local cell phone that will be an expensive call! 2. We booked an appartment for three as I was travelling with two other friends. The appartment is listed for four people. But it only has one queen size bed. I slept on the couch. The sheets were not there and I had to look for them even if I paid the extra fee for the 4-people-appartment. There were also only 2 towels. 3. On booking.com it's listed as a cheap deal but there are lots of hidden costs. Everytime they charge you an extra of USD 120.- cleaning fees. In my point of view, it's a clear rip-off tactic they use and booking should ban them or not allow it. It's not listed transparently enough! 4. It was not very clean at all. Lots of crumbs on the couch and dust everywhere. The USD 120.- seem to be taken and just party invested in poor cleaning service.

GBa great away from home experience My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this apartment, Belltown. The bathroom, closet, kitchen, and bedroom was perfect. The unit came with a balcony with views of Downtown and the Space Needle. Past reviews claimed the neighborhood was bad. I can say we felt secure and had little trouble with homeless or additional trouble. Check in and out was SUPER easy. We enjoyed the rooftop common area for morning coffee drinks and even celebrated New Years with neighbors. Overall 5 out of 5 experience. As far as feedback we would have liked a softer bed and nicer bedroom blankets. Street parking was SUPER easy but would have preferred to park inside the building as there were plenty of spots in the garage and would have liked the option.

GBTerrible experience. My apartment was not *at all*as it had been described. It was dark and up against a (loud) construction site, and because of that I could never put the shades up. I was concerned, as a woman traveling alone, that the apartment was not safe as there was easy access to the balcony in an empty alleyway next to the construction site. But that wasn't the worst of it. The worst part was that there was a raging all-night party in the apartment upstairs and there was NO SECURITY in the building. Even after I called the office, the party raged on until 4am!!!! I decided to check out the next day because I did not want a repeat of the night before. I explained exactly why I was checking out. Ginosi assured me they would get back to me right away, but after 5 days and a few phone calls I still had not had the decency of any response. Finally I called today and their response to this incident was to offer 10% off my next stay. Seriously? That is not the best Ginosi can do. This company clearly does not care about their guests or their experience.
