Singapore trip refund Had booked my Singapore tickets using Make my trip. vistara airlines PNR number- VZPRDV. But due to a medical emergency had to cancel the trip. We called the airlines and cancelled the tickets directly after submitting the medical report from the hospital. Vistara canceled the tickets promptly and asked us to get in touch with make my trip to get the refund. I have been chasing make my trip since that day and all they keep on telling me is Vistara has not refunded them which I do not believe is the case. Inspite of going through a medical emergency in the family, make my trip is really increasing my trouble. Stay away from such companies who spend millions on advertisements but fail to deliver. Their customer service Representative Sayan is the worst to deal with.

Horrible System They didn't even refund me the taxes from my cancelled flight. They may say cheap tickets but they have a lot of hidden policies and agendas to take money from the customer. Please do better MMT.

ONE GENTLEMAN VIVEK WORKING ON THE ISSUE AND ASSURED FOR REFUND . NO REFUND ISSUED TILL DATE NOR ANY COMMUNICATION TO ME. DONT BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF MMT IS IN DECLINING MODE

Sham/Scam of guarantees and promises This company is a sham when it comes to various guarantees or promises it advertises. I had booked a cab under there "Best Price Guarantee" where they would provide you a coupon/rebate of 5 times the difference amount if you found the price cheaper elsewhere. I did found it cheaper on another website and provided MMT with all details and proof multiple times. Every time there system would send an automated email that someone would update my case in 72 business hours. It's been 4 months and it's still the same response every time. You can't follow up the case through their app because the journey is completed. This is a scam/sham company I guess with no morals or customer service when it comes to refunds or guarantees. Stay away from this cheater management

Make my trip steals money I would like to specifically mention 3 horrible customer service agents, make my trip is truly dissapointing and esentially steal money from people by giving you reward points youre stuck with and charging your card for those points. In particular supervisor Mr Tanmay has easily been the most rude person to speak to and acknowledges their mistake and does nothing for it. Along with taking over 24 hours just to follow up.
