Spam email They sent me a email that said they have under $200 flights I checked immediately they don't have under $200 dollar flights. I called to ask what is going on and was told flight prices can change without notice. The amount of time between me getting the email and checking flight prices was 5 minutes. Travelocity is nothing but spam email and a dishonest company.

An absolute nightmare An absolute nightmare. You literally can not reach a human being unless you know every single detail of your flight and tell it to their supper annoying and unhelpful useless AI. WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO CALL IF YOU ALREADY HAD THE INFO???? The most expensive of all the booking services i've used. I will never ever ever ever use travelocity again.

Never book with these bozos. Travelocity is what is called a third party seller. If you book an airline ticket, a cruise, hotel, etc., and you have a problem, you are unable to deal with the actual company they represent. My flight was changed by more than 7 hours, Travelocity wouldn't rebook me on another flight, something they're required to do or issue a refund. The airline told me that since I bought from Travelocity, they had to handle the refund request or rebooking. Travelocity did neither. AMEX stepped in when I contested the charge and it was charged back to Travelocity. According to the airline, this is par for the course with all third party sellers with the exception of brick and mortar travel agencies.
