GBINCURED EXTRA COST BECAUSE OF THEM!! Half my flight was canceled due to weather. I was stuck in Miami. When I called to try and see if I could change my pick up location from MCO to MIA or just get a rental for the 3 hr drive from MIA to MCO and pick up my original car there, he canceled my whole booking for the rental car saying I wouldn't be charged. I had to rebook a new rental for the week which cost way more (about double) because of different drop off location from pickup. and on top of that they STILL charged me for the original rental because i was under the 6 hr window. I don't travel alot but I am upset with whole experience.

CASave money by going elsewhere Save money by going elsewhere. Such a bad experience getting sucked into a vortex of dishonest unhelpful agents with purpose to screw you out of your money. Getting a credit back from cancelled flight during Covid was a nightmare and ticket ended up costing me 3 times more than booking flight directly myself with AC. Horrible company. No wonder low score. Shameful!

GBCONSUMER BEWARE, BOOK THROUGH CARRIER Gave 1 because no 0. Beware after they get your money. Booked round trip for four seniors. Departing flight was changed by two days. We canceled fights. Would not cancel return flight and give us refund. Once you book with them the carrier will not work with you. American Express would not refund our money for the flight. We lost thousands of dollars and Travelocity did not care we booked round trip. We had to honor the return trip. Even though the departing flight was canceled? This company will keep your money and gives no help after they get your money. CONSUMER BEWARE. If flights are cheaper, there is a reason. Book with carrier.

GBAn absolute nightmare An absolute nightmare. You literally can not reach a human being unless you know every single detail of your flight and tell it to their supper annoying and unhelpful useless AI. WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO CALL IF YOU ALREADY HAD THE INFO???? The most expensive of all the booking services i've used. I will never ever ever ever use travelocity again.

GBTravelocity Travel Insurance/Global Luxury Suites FAIL We had a week long stay booked at the Global Luxury Suites in Boston,MA thru Travelocity with insurance.We had to cancel because my Brother in Law suffered a brain hemmorage/Stroke which eventually caused his death.Travel Insurance won't pay, Global Luxury Suites won't recognize our cancellation thru Travelocity.If that wasn't enough, my husbands credit card is now being used fraudulently likely because Global Luxury suites requires a COLOR copy of your credit card when you book. We have booked with Travelocity in the past without issue but this time the ball has been dropped and we have been left hanging in very desperate and tragic situation.
