Rip-offs and cheats - do not book with them This company is a complete disgrace - do not travel with them under any circumstances! I paid £256 for seats for my family to be together over 4 flights. The day before my flight when I came to check-in they had all been removed. Their call centre are useless and could do nothing - and I spent £40 on a premium phone line for the pleasure of no service at all! They are now passing me from pillar to post and refusing to refund my money. They've offered me 55 euros if I drive 35 miles to get it! I saw people losing their upgrade and being refused boarding as the plane was overbooked at Istanbul also, so if you have a flight already booked with them ensure you get to the gate early! And don't pay for an upgrade at the airport as they were refusing them and moving people back into standard at the gate. If you don't have a flight booked with them then please don't, it's not worth it, even if they are cheap. They are a monstrous organisation that doesn't care about customers at all. I will be complaining to the CAA and ATOL and would suggest others do too

CRIMINAL! My girlfriend was refused boarding at the airport in Phuket because "she did not have a return ticket with Turkish Airlines". This was certainly not a reason to refuse boarding but we decided to book a return anyway just to avoid ruining our travel plans. Just prior to completing the transaction we were told that our seat had been given to another passenger. This was at the airport 1hr 10 mins before flight departure. They had no right to refuse boarding and when we did as they said they moved the goal posts yet again. I suspect the flight was over booked and they were looking for reasons to reject passengers. To make matters worse they are standing behind there story and have not refunded the ticket - despite the ground staff saying that we could get a refund by contacting customer service. At best this is just awful customer service and worst it is a criminal offence. I personally will not be flying Turkish Airlines again and strongly urge other would be clients to look elsewhere. What a shame since I used to enjoy flying with this airline.

My entires families baggage was lost… My entire family’s baggage was lost during a transfer and Turkish Airlines cheated on my compensation claim! We were left in Malaga with zero luggage and the weather conditions were terrible. Nobody contacted us to tell us when cases would arrive. We Called their customer service who told us to go and replace essential items and that there was no limit on compensation - just to be sensible. We did exactly that and then filled out arduous claim process/form. They then paid only 30% of claim stating I agreed to a lower figure. Nonsense. Disgraceful and unfair treatment by an airline who claim they are high quality. Absolutely terrible experience for whole family, I have not used airline since and travelled further and longer to use other airlines! I have written to CEO and no reply yet, which says everything!!! I will start legal process soon.

The worst airlines in the world ever The worst airlines in the world ever, they are always late and when you travel transient with them, most of the time you will miss your next flight, and they don't execuse. Also they will give you another ticket for the next flight which will be after your missed one by at least 12 hours. Unresponsible conpany and I do not recommend it for anyone.

Avoid Booked a business class ticket but could not change flights even after calling customer support for more than an hour. They offered me a refund that was less than 2 percent of what I paid. Absolutely pathetic.
