GBTook money for seats but failed to book seats. Booked long haul.flight and selected seats. Full amount deducted from credit card. But email confirmation and booking details in app claim no seats booked and only basic fare paid. Now I will have to spend ages with their call centre helping Turkish airlines to domtheir job..checkmyour booking carefully. Ryanair can do this without a problem. Clearly Turkish couldn't be bother as long as they can take.your money. Disrespectful shamnles. Check your booking carefully.

GBRip-offs and cheats - do not book with them This company is a complete disgrace - do not travel with them under any circumstances! I paid £256 for seats for my family to be together over 4 flights. The day before my flight when I came to check-in they had all been removed. Their call centre are useless and could do nothing - and I spent £40 on a premium phone line for the pleasure of no service at all! They are now passing me from pillar to post and refusing to refund my money. They've offered me 55 euros if I drive 35 miles to get it! I saw people losing their upgrade and being refused boarding as the plane was overbooked at Istanbul also, so if you have a flight already booked with them ensure you get to the gate early! And don't pay for an upgrade at the airport as they were refusing them and moving people back into standard at the gate. If you don't have a flight booked with them then please don't, it's not worth it, even if they are cheap. They are a monstrous organisation that doesn't care about customers at all. I will be complaining to the CAA and ATOL and would suggest others do too

TRThe worst airlines in the world ever The worst airlines in the world ever, they are always late and when you travel transient with them, most of the time you will miss your next flight, and they don't execuse. Also they will give you another ticket for the next flight which will be after your missed one by at least 12 hours. Unresponsible conpany and I do not recommend it for anyone.

CYFlight Cancelation with zero Compensation Flight got cancelled by Turkish Airlines via mail one day before departure. After lenghty inquiry with the completly unsatisfactory customer service I got a written statement to get compensation. About 7 months after the flight I still did not get any payment from Turkish Airlines, whereas the customer service states the standard phrase "In our investigation we see that your ticket refund transactions have already been made." Which is untrue.
