GBAs I was boarding… As I was boarding, American Airlines employee who was watching passengers get on the plane singled me out and asked me to close my extension on my carry on suitcase. Then proceeded to have me put my incredibly tiny fanny pack in my backpack. As I look around me and watch others board the plane after me there were TONS of people with more bags than me, multiple people who had their extensions open, and others with much larger carry on suitcases than me. Not to mention this employee was incredibly rude and condescending. If you are going to enforce something, enforce it to all, don’t single one person out. Will not be flying American Airlines again.

GBA Bright Spot in a Bad Situation It seems very rare in this day and age that positive customer service interactions occur, but Carmen and Bruce from AA went above and beyond for me related to a customer service issue with loan prodiver Affirm. Carmen went as far as getting on a three-way call with Affirm and me to resolve the issue (although Affirm just hung up on us), and Bruce, her supervisor, helped further with follow up calls and emails.

GBI flew from Heathrow to JFK on 18/4)24… I flew from Heathrow to JFK on 18/4)24 and travelled in premium economy. The flight was fine but unfortunately the 2 female flight attendants were so rude. One( a blonde ladt kept calling the other one vick ( Vicky I presume) they were totally uninterested in any of mine and other passengers needs and didn't want us to ask for anything and if we did it was obvious we were being a nuisance. It was actually quite intimidating. I saw the blonde lady actually shake her head when another passenger asked for something. This was a holiday of a lifetime for me as I have terminal cancer and unfortunately these two women ruined the start of my trip.... SHAME

GBAdriana In Palm Springs is a hero Adriana In Palm Springs is a hero I’m in the British army and needed to get back ASAP as an emergency reason as soldiers needed feeding. I’m a chef so I couldn’t let my work down my duties had to be done. She bravely contacted ruthlessly to ensure we got our flight, used 2 computers whilst her colleagues asked her questions she helped all her staff with customers and she escorted and ran us to our flight made sure we got on and she even performed 4 other duties herself like opening the gate and she went above and beyond. We are devoted to the kindness of others and she was loyal to her employer and should be a face recommendation of the airline. She deserves something special. She will forever be remembered. She helped a wider picture and had grit, passion and selfless commitment. She proved to us how someone can move mountains ! Phenomenal staff member. Unlike the Chicago flight, I’ll be damned if I ever have to go to deal with that crew. Adriana, connected us with the lovely Mary and the pilot Mo. Wonderfully ensured through a thunderstorm we took flight and they made sure we got first class and made our connection. The Chicago flight was horrific, Russel and a black lad were amazing with food service but other than that they delayed 7+ hours and didn’t do the landing correctly due to lack of communication and they transferred the first pilot to vegas over London. Fuming is an understatement. It takes someone like Adriana to understand the severity of our situation and she made Chicago look stupid. Praise to her !! Promotion because if she isn’t some manager her work colleagues sure needed her ! Period Many thanks PTE Blissett & Lcpl Allan
