CAI had most disappointing experience… I had most disappointing experience with myflightsearch.com. It is a scam. When I tried to cancel my ticket I realized it was an invoice but no legitimate booking number. 1. I never received my e-ticket --they suggested it was in my junk/scam email. 2. I bought the refundable booking insurance and when I tried to cancel my ticket without explaination they said it was non-refundable. 3. Tried calling 3 times, and when I get an agent the line drops 4. Sent numerous emails to customer service and received one line, unhelpful responses. USWe booked a flismght and they took our… We booked a flight and they took our payment and then canceled our trip.and we were stranded at airport could not get another flight that day and booked from another from Hawaiian and found out they canceled our trip home scammed

CAFraudulent company who scam you and take money I booked ticket and they never issued one so I canceled and was told refund will be issued in 30 working days and now it's been 3 months. Agents hang up on you when they see why you are calling No one responds to email They are purposely doing this and cheating people by taking their money Their feedback email and customer service emails are a joke. No one care about customer or their money Superior never pick up call when escalated. Agents arranged call back but supervisor never called me. They take money and do not issue ticket so they choose to ignore you completely after getting money from us. They ignore your calls and emails

USTotal scam…BEWARE Booked flight using my flight search January 29…never got confirmation # so called…they claimed it was no longer available at that price & had to rebook flight & cancelled first one…said refund would come….still waiting in March..,have called dozen times with same answer….it’s been processed and you will get in few days….lost $879….so frustrating….horrible customer service & no satisfaction

USStill No full refund for hurricane cancelled flight My round trip flight from Florida was canceled due to hurricane Ian and I was sent an email stating I would receive a full refund and that it could take up to one or two billing cycles to show on the credit card. It’s been two billing cycles and still no full refund has been received. I have emailed and phoned several times but still no refund.
