Had booked a flight with this site and night before they cancelled the flight saying was not availible. Contacted us and then stated prices went up and wanted 50% more to rebook the same flight. Very deceitful and puts you in a crisis situation. When asked for money refunded, they state it will take 8-12 weeks. Reported to credit card provider, investigation is now underway. It something like this happens to you, do the same, only way stop these crooks is in the pocketbook.

Fraudulent company who scam you and take money I booked ticket and they never issued one so I canceled and was told refund will be issued in 30 working days and now it's been 3 months. Agents hang up on you when they see why you are calling No one responds to email They are purposely doing this and cheating people by taking their money Their feedback email and customer service emails are a joke. No one care about customer or their money Superior never pick up call when escalated. Agents arranged call back but supervisor never called me.
