Scam Website!!! I'll make this as short as I can. Bought a ticket through myflightsearch.com for an American Airlines flight, paid by Credit card. An email was recv'd and said the flight was cancelled. We called for a refund and they said 2 wks for processing, then they said 1 month, than they said up to 3 months. Never recv'd a refund. We than called our credit card company reporting them as fraud and they are researching it. I think this site and others like it are all done by the same scammer(s). We did rebook thru American Airlines and all went well. BEWARE!!! I suggest if you use this service you will get scammed so write one letter to these agencies and explain the situation/scam: the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, FBI, Internet CrimeComplaint Center, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Complaints, Credit card agency; if you paid by credit.

We booked flights with a credit card We booked flights and the credit card was billed over two months prior to the flight. The evening before the flight Spirit Airlines sent us an email saying that they were not paid for the tickets by Myflightsearch so they cancelled them. We rebooked for an additional $400 directly with Spirit. The myflightsearch person said we would be refunded no later than 60 days which has come and gone. Calls to the company have gone no where. Is there no agency that can hold them accountable? Is there no way to be prohibited from being able to sell tickets for airlines? Is anyone doing a class action suit against this company?

SCAM SCAM SCAM with third party… SCAM SCAM SCAM with third party “NewTravelTrip” .. I bought my ticket on MyFlightSearch but my confirmation email came from NewTravelTrip .. it charged my bank account under "Delta Airlines" so I thought it was legit, until I never got my e-ticket they promised. I tried emailing them and kept getting a return email saying "address not found", I tried calling and they kept hanging up! Just beware when you put in your account information where your money is really going!!

Gregg was absolutely amazing Gregg was absolutely amazing. He tended to every need I had and quickly handle my trip with no worries. He even held my reservation until I could deposit the money and continued to follow up until we had the flight finalized. He was also very funny and listened (and laughed) at my jokes! Still No full refund for hurricane cancelled flight My round trip flight from Florida was canceled due to hurricane Ian and I was sent an email stating I would receive a full refund and that it could take up to one or two billing cycles to show on the credit card. It’s been two billing cycles and still no full refund has been received. I have emailed and phoned several times but still no refund.
