GBStill No full refund for hurricane cancelled flight My round trip flight from Florida was canceled due to hurricane Ian and I was sent an email stating I would receive a full refund and that it could take up to one or two billing cycles to show on the credit card. It’s been two billing cycles and still no full refund has been received. I have emailed and phoned several times but still no refund.

INThief and scammers Thief and scammers, Let me tell you the reality of xcelserv, never salaries on time, you will get paid once in 2-3 of months. They are deducting PFs and tax but not submitting. A so called Electrician has more power than CIO, CTO, PM, AM & VPs. Scamming and doing fraunds with customers. Blocked the reviews on google for all regions. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THEY ARE ASKING TEAMS TO MAKE FAKE ACCOUNT AND SUBMIT 5 STAR REVIEWS.

GBBooked my flight a month in advance for… Booked my flight a month in advance for them to cancel my flight 4 days before my trip. Then tried to up charge me $300+ more than the original ticket I paid. Also lied about how a supervisor would call me me back.

GBTotal scam…BEWARE Booked flight using my flight search January 29…never got confirmation # so called…they claimed it was no longer available at that price & had to rebook flight & cancelled first one…said refund would come….still waiting in March..,have called dozen times with same answer….it’s been processed and you will get in few days….lost $879….so frustrating….horrible customer service & no satisfaction

GBPERFECT SCAM!! PERFECT SCAM!!! DON'T TRUST THESE REVIEWS!!!! These reviews on Trust Pilot must be Autobots because this company is receiving TONS OF COMPLAINTS to BBB about fraudulent charges all with almost identical stories. You book, they confirm, they cancel, they still charge your credit card, they promise they'll refund you, months later of followup and still no refund on erroneous charge even after they admit fault. 7 months and lots of promises and followup calls and NO REFUND. DON'T BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS!!!! READ ALL THE 1 STAR RATINGS AND YOU'LL SEE THE PATTERN. MOST 5 STARS HAVE ONE REVIEW ONLY OF THIS COMPANY AND DOZENS ARE BEING PRODUCED PER DAY. MyFlightRefund: don't bother responding because you know I've followed up with you over a 1/2 dozen times since March and still no refund.
