Cancel booking and told say refund but never happen Cancel my booking and told us to full refund within 10 business day many times but I have never received. Very bad customer service. Some calls are immediately hang up when asked refund status. Sometime promised to get another 10 business day but still not got it. It takes over 3 years and not refund to me.

Had booked a flight with this site and night before they cancelled the flight saying was not availible. Contacted us and then stated prices went up and wanted 50% more to rebook the same flight. Very deceitful and puts you in a crisis situation. When asked for money refunded, they state it will take 8-12 weeks. Reported to credit card provider, investigation is now underway. It something like this happens to you, do the same, only way stop these crooks is in the pocketbook.
