Egypt air cannot be trusted to operate the flights you purchased, total unreliable. Egypt air unexpectedly cancelled our Rome Cairo flight and then rebooked us on an earlier flight that we could not make. Trying to get a full refund for their change has been impossible. No one answers their reservation numbers and they don’t return messages left on their answering machines. Ultimately we had to cancel on line and we are now fighting to get our trip refunded for a change they made. Apparently they feel that once you’ve booked their airline, when they provide the flight is independent of what you thought you purchased.

Stay away at ALL costs I give one star, because you can't give zero stars They make it impossible to get a human being, on purpose (saves them $$) and they don't respond to emails Thier "customer service " is a joke I am currently stuck in Egypt, their website won't let me download my tickets - wr are supposed to leave tomorrow and their "customer service hotline- is an answering machine message that says they are closed.... Never again traveled with Egyptian Air four times last week 1-. When you give your luggage, there is no respect for the priority of the business class. 2-when you were riding on the bus to the plane, they put us on an old, non-air-conditioned bus in high heat, with more than seventy people with us. We thought we were on a bus in India. Thirdly, the business class cafeteria in Cairo does not fit this name. Dirty and the service is very bad

GB - JNB and return After reading the reviews, I was quite discouraged from using this airline despite knowing someone that had flown multiple times with no problems but booked for the rates anyway. Flights were on time, luggage arrived safely - we opted to wrap our luggage bags quite thoroughly to avoid any damage but all was well and we were happy with the overall experience. 1 short star for the meals, weren't the best but doable.

Thieves Maybe the airlines are honest, but Egyptair duty-free at the airport in Hurghada is one big group of thieves. Don't pay with any visa debit card because you will be robbed
