On my way to Tokyo, flight from Copenhagen to Cairo moved 1hr, and flight from Cairo to Tokyo cancelled. I was informed when I arrived at the airport. When checking for the way back, the flight from Tokyo to Cairo was moved 2 days forward, but the leg from Cairo to Copenhagen remained the same, which means I wouldn't make it. Are you kidding me? Trying to call their office on a Thursday, business day, 13:00, and no one picks up. 30min ringing already. Reservation number: OMDE72

GB - JNB and return After reading the reviews, I was quite discouraged from using this airline despite knowing someone that had flown multiple times with no problems but booked for the rates anyway. Flights were on time, luggage arrived safely - we opted to wrap our luggage bags quite thoroughly to avoid any damage but all was well and we were happy with the overall experience. 1 short star for the meals, weren't the best but doable.

Egyptian and not proud to call this… Egyptian and not proud to call this Company our national airline - their customer service is the worst u could ever receive .. Even when u ask for a supervisor - you receive the same bad service. Mohamed Qattan floor manager is not helpful and unprofessional. Shame on you!

Thieves Maybe the airlines are honest, but Egyptair duty-free at the airport in Hurghada is one big group of thieves. Don't pay with any visa debit card because you will be robbed

Waiting for a refund from Egyptair since October 2023. I and my daughter booked Egyptair to Abuja, Nigeria through Booking.com in July 2023 to travel in December 2023. But had to cancel both flights in October 2023. And Egyptair is yet to refund our money as they promised a full refund. Every time I called Booking.com we were told they haven't heard from Egyptair.
