Stay away at ALL costs I give one star, because you can't give zero stars They make it impossible to get a human being, on purpose (saves them $$) and they don't respond to emails Thier "customer service " is a joke I am currently stuck in Egypt, their website won't let me download my tickets - wr are supposed to leave tomorrow and their "customer service hotline- is an answering machine message that says they are closed.... Waiting for a refund from Egyptair since October 2023. I and my daughter booked Egyptair to Abuja, Nigeria through Booking.com in July 2023 to travel in December 2023. But had to cancel both flights in October 2023. And Egyptair is yet to refund our money as they promised a full refund. Every time I called Booking.com we were told they haven't heard from Egyptair.

Egypt air cannot be trusted to operate the flights you purchased, total unreliable. Egypt air unexpectedly cancelled our Rome Cairo flight and then rebooked us on an earlier flight that we could not make. Trying to get a full refund for their change has been impossible. No one answers their reservation numbers and they don’t return messages left on their answering machines. Ultimately we had to cancel on line and we are now fighting to get our trip refunded for a change they made. Apparently they feel that once you’ve booked their airline, when they provide the flight is independent of what you thought you purchased.

GB - JNB and return After reading the reviews, I was quite discouraged from using this airline despite knowing someone that had flown multiple times with no problems but booked for the rates anyway. Flights were on time, luggage arrived safely - we opted to wrap our luggage bags quite thoroughly to avoid any damage but all was well and we were happy with the overall experience. 1 short star for the meals, weren't the best but doable.

Avoid this terrible airline I'm stuck in tokyo with no way of booking seats or check-in. because Egyptair decided to change my flights but not put it on my booking, and when you message them they tell you to email them 24hours before the flight to find out if you have a seat. I will never use this airline again.
