Waiting for a refund from Egyptair since October 2023. I and my daughter booked Egyptair to Abuja, Nigeria through Booking.com in July 2023 to travel in December 2023. But had to cancel both flights in October 2023. And Egyptair is yet to refund our money as they promised a full refund. Every time I called Booking.com we were told they haven't heard from Egyptair.

If you land in cairo as a transit… If you land in cairo as a transit passenger then be prepared for rude obnoxious ground staff. Especially in security who talk to customers like peasants with contempt and in a condescending tone. No organisation its a complete shambles. They have 1 scanner and search customers causing them discomfort and also strip babies away from parents. Absolutely shocking kind of attitude and horrible nasty people. The flight itself was OK but the ground operations is pathetic .

Bait and switch Egyptair This airline is a scam. They practice bait and switch. I bought 2 tickets from Toronto canada to Beirut Lebanon. The reservation allows 2 checked in luggage for each person. At the check in counter they claimed that they changed their policy and only allowed one checked in luggage per passenger although the reservation clearly shows 2 luggage per passenger and they wouldn’t let us check in unless we pay $300 for the second luggage. We ended up paying $600 for the 2 additional luggage. This is clearly a highway robbery. The service was dismal and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Stay away from this crooked airline at any cost.

Egyptian and not proud to call this… Egyptian and not proud to call this Company our national airline - their customer service is the worst u could ever receive .. Even when u ask for a supervisor - you receive the same bad service. Mohamed Qattan floor manager is not helpful and unprofessional. Shame on you!

Never again traveled with Egyptian Air four times last week 1-. When you give your luggage, there is no respect for the priority of the business class. 2-when you were riding on the bus to the plane, they put us on an old, non-air-conditioned bus in high heat, with more than seventy people with us. We thought we were on a bus in India. Thirdly, the business class cafeteria in Cairo does not fit this name. Dirty and the service is very bad
